"The water does feel"

4|NOW YOU SEE HER. NOW YOU DON'T

Isolde's footsteps are so silent in the night as she is nearly on her tip toes. The hallways are empty except for the guards that stand by every door and every entrance. Avoiding them shall be difficult yet the pale blue-eyed girl has done this for years and knows the ways that she can get past the guards and sometimes it ends with her laughing for the trick was so mischievous and the guards are clueless as they fall for everything which she finds to be the most hilarious. Only the torches that hang on the walls light up the hallways yet without the sun the darkness is easy to find away to reign.

The Princess should not be wandering the hallways in the middle of the night yet there is one thing that she must do and that girl loves nothing more than to create chaos. Earlier the evening she has ruined the supper with the King that will marry her older sister yet later she heard her parents speak about sending her away where she could not harm the reputation of the family and stay there until she learns how to act like a true Princess and outraged because of the words that she heard she felt the need to do something wicked.

The rats were only the beginning (even when she had no clue about what her parents have been thinking) and now she is about to do something even bigger. She walks past the guards using her ways of tricking them. She has these rocks that she has collected and putting her upper half out some window and throwing the small rocks at the doors the guards would immediately open the door and wonder what is going on while she sneaks past them. Though she does get the feeling that the guards know that it is her and they let her pass as they don't want to face her wrath.

Isolde wears a black gown to hide herself better but she did not put on her corset as she simply does not like wearing it not does she find it comfortable. It makes it hard for her to breathe and it is misshaping her waist into a form that she finds quote ugly. The gown goes down to her ankles where she wears flat shoes. The gown is only black and the sleeves are long. She walks over to a wall that would not seem that special to others but to her it is.

Isolde steps in front of it where she puts her hand on one stone in the wall and pushes it until it moves inwards. The wall begins to open like a door and she walks inside where she is met with a staircase but the darkness is there. Using the wall to guide her she slowly goes down to stairs, careful not to trip as she goes and once she has made it down she is met with another wall that she does the same thing to as to the wall before and it opens in the same matter.

The cold and bitter wind blows into her faces as she walks outside with a heavy heart and as she walks out of the castle she turns around to look up at the place where her home is yet has never truly felt like a place where she belongs. The corners of her lips pull themselves into a smirk as she turns around and walks to the stables. The people that work there are fast sleep like everyone else and ash walks inside the stables.
