Chapter 14

Tamara received a message from her spirit guides that she needed to change the topic for tonight's lecture.

Not always did spirit explain the reasoning for the change, but she was always grateful for their counsel and guidance. Their messages usually came to her in a dream format. And not always when she was asleep. Sometimes it was right before she was about to do something.

She might get a sensation while driving to turn left instead of right or to take an alternative route. She didn't have to listen and do what they recommended. But knew from past experiences, too many to talk about them here, that their suggestions were always in her best interest.

With the new message fresh in her mind, Tamara stood in front of the audience and decided to take the spirit's advice.

"Good evening everyone and thank you for coming. I told you last week that I was going to speak on reincarnation and past lives. I promise I will, but it will have to wait until our next lecture.

I have received a persuasive message to talk tonight about the removal of spirits from a body. Not possession exactly, but a type of spirit attachment that steals a human's life force energy.

There are different types of attachments; spirit attachments, cords, entities, and or psychic attacks."

A few people in the audience made sounds as if they were disappointed.

Trying not to let the few disapproving reactions disrupt her train of thought, she continued, "I think you will not be disappointed in what I have to share with you tonight.

There is such a thing as a spirit possession, where a second soul enters the body and can eventually take over. The first soul loses control over their body, speech, movement, how it dresses, and any other decisions. The original soul becomes tiny, taking up little space in the body and eventually just dies."

"Did you know that if you do not say a person's name when you are talking to them, you might not be talking to the person you think you are?

If there are two or more souls in a body, the original soul can only talk if a direct question is made using their name. Other than that, the second soul is in control, convincing everyone that it is the original soul.

You can remove the second soul, but it must be done very quickly, within a few weeks of attachment."

The reaction in the audience was just what Tamara was hoping for. She could see that some people were thinking about what she had just said about having to use a person's first name to make sure you are taking to the right soul.

Tamara continued, "Then there are some spirits that have entered a body, and no one can remove it, no matter what they try to do, other than killing the person it now resides in. It is called a walk-in, also known as a soul transference.

A walk-in is a contract made in the afterlife with a nearly departed soul from Earth. At the time of death, an exchange of souls is made. A new soul takes over the body and continues that life.

This new soul does not have to go through the years it took to get to that moment in time. It doesn't go through being a baby, learning all the things a body must know to function. Convenient if you ask me."

Looking at the audience, Tamara could see that she was going to have to rent a bigger room next time. People were standing along the walls because all of the seats were taken.

"It usually takes about four years, but friends and family will notice a considerable change in the person's looks, personality. Even the person's career or family life can drastically change. The new soul may not have liked the same things the original soul did and decide to make dramatic changes.
