Reverend Hawthorne was going through his files and making sure that he had scheduled a quick call to his clients who may need counseling.

Seeing Olivia Constantine's name written on one, it reminded him of Alexandra and what she had said to him. He could still recall the fear that had been in her voice while telling him about the dream.

Exorcism was one thing. At least you had a chance to help a soul. But being lost in the Void just because he or she did not believe in anything, was another situation altogether.

Thinking to himself. How do you find a soul that is nowhere? It must be like an astronaut without a spaceship, just floating for eternity through interstellar space. How would a person fix a situation like this? It's going to be very, very tricky.

Without wasting any more time, he made a phone call.

"Hello," Lexi answered.

"Hi. Is this Alexandra?"

"Yes," Lexi replied.

"Hi Alexandra, this is Reverend Hawthorne. How are you doing?"

"Better, thank you."

"I was just thinking about the dream you told me about. In it, you said Susannah was in trouble. Is that still a concern of yours?"

Not knowing if she should tell him the truth or just say what he wanted to hear, Lexi hesitated. She decided to tell him the truth.

"I have been doing research, going to lectures, and speaking with people who talk to the dead for a living. Reverend, I know you think I am crazy, but I know for sure that Susannah did not make it into Heaven.

I recently remembered a fight she had with my dad many years ago. It was about if God existed. I remember now why she moved out that night. She moved out of the house because my father could not prove to her that God was real." With tears in her eyes, Lexi said, "Reverend, Susannah didn't believe."

"Alexandra, can you come in to see me? We need to talk more about this."

"Yes, but it will have to wait until next week. I have a deadline at work, a design I am working on that must be finished before this weekend.

"How about Wednesday? Alexandra, can you pop by after work?"

"Let me check my schedule. Yep, that will be fine. I have nothing planned after work on Wednesday. I can come over around four-thirty or five. Is that okay?"

"That will be just fine. See you then. In the meantime, I will pray for Susannah's soul to be found."

"Thank you, Reverend, that would be appreciated."

Hanging up, he started to think, if it was true that Susannah did not make it into Heaven. We are going to need a miracle to save Susannah's soul.
