Shivers ran down her spine, "No, help her!" Lexi screamed out loud as she awoke from a horrific nightmare. She dreamed that a horde of dark and evil forms resembling giant ghostly moths, demons, and energy-sucking creatures was wildly clawing at her sister's soul. They were grabbing savagely with outstretched hands — wanting to devour her as if she was their last meal.

The worst horror movie could not portray the evil that was trying to steal her sister's life force energy.

Lexi wasn't sure if this was Hell, but she knew it definitely wasn't Heaven.

Pulling the warm wool duvet aside and getting out of her king-size bed. All Lexi could think about was her sister and how she missed her.

It had only been one day since she last saw her alive. She was way too young, only thirty-five. Susannah had not fully lived yet. She had not fallen in love and married the man of her dreams. She had not had a baby girl whom she always talked about having one day.

Why, God, why? How could you, how could God do such an unjust action and take such a beautiful soul from this Earth?

By midday, Lexi still couldn't shake the terrifying memory of the dream. Thinking of the nightmare created an eerie feeling in her gut. She didn't know how she knew that this gut-wrenching feeling was not just because she was mourning the loss of her sister. Lexi intuitively knew that Susannah was in trouble and needed her help.

She had to do something to get rid of this horrible feeling. She was supposed to go over to her moms to help with the funeral arrangements but taking care of Susannah's soul seemed more important.

Pick up her phone, Lexi Googled Psychic Mediums. Scanning the listings to see if one would jump out at her, but none did. Taking her time, she started to read each person's website. It was so hard to decide. Is this person legit? Are they just after my money? Will the person be able to help Susannah?

Finally, she just took a breath and prayed up to God for help. Please help me find a person who can help Susannah.

As she scrolled through the listings, a sentence caught her attention. ARE YOU SEEKING TO SPEAK WITH YOUR SISTER, MOTHER OR ANOTHER LOVED ONE? Yes, that is precisely what I want to do, talk to Susannah. She clicked on the link to call the medium. She had never really believed in this stuff. However, this horrific feeling of Susannah's soul being tormented was worth giving it a try.

"Hello, this is Tamara, how may I help you?" Tamara had been doing single mediumship sessions and group seances for over ten years. She still had a hard time with the fact that when someone asked her what she did for a living, her answer was, I speak to the dead."

Growing up, her grandmother could read teacups for fun, but no one in her family had a Biblical 'Spiritual Gift' that she knew of.

Tamara's own gift became undeniable one day at work. It had started with a mild headache, and then the next thing she knew, there were voices in her head wanting to talk to the person she was doing a Reflexology foot massage on.

Bizarre how life goes. One moment everything is ordinary and mundane, and then the next, you become an outcast believed to be practicing witchcraft.

"Hi, I'm not exactly sure. I have this feeling that my sister is in trouble, and it won't go away," Lexi said.

Tamara was used to these kinds of calls and asked, "When did she die?"

"Yesterday."

"I see. I am sorry for your loss," Tamara said, with condolence in her voice. As the tingles ran down her arms and legs, she started getting a message from her angels and guides that this girl's sister was really in trouble and needed her help, pronto. "Do you have time today to come in and see me? I have an opening-round three if you can make that work." Tamara would have to cancel her plans to go out with her fiancé for a late lunch, but he was getting used to her work, spirits came first.

"Yes, thank you. I can make that happen." Lexi wrote down the address and said, "See you soon."

Not wanting to tell anyone what she was really doing, Lexi texted her mom that she had a few errands to run and would be over a bit later than she initially thought and would bring dinner over for the two of them.

Her mom was the type of mother that liked to do everything anyway, so Lexi really didn't have much to do for the funeral arrangements but be supportive. Rushing now as she was still in her P.J.'s with only an hour to get dressed and drive over to Tamara's.
