When I Met You ( Laceless x Prince )

The two lace their hands together and begin with a slow start thats just swaying along to the song
(I Found) playing in the background. Both flustered but enjoying every moment they have with one another. Enjoying the company they bring.

"Prince. Of all these times spending with you I've come to realize something about our friendship.." Laceless speaks up as he gently pulls away just to spin Prince around then pulls him right back in.
"What may that be~" the new king laughs as he was brought back into the dancing motion.

"That we have something outstanding..we make a great team, you've saved my life, you had my back even when you barely knew me, listened to me when I told you about myself..." Prince suddenly pulls Laceless in for a hug as he begins to talk, taking over.

"You listened to me when I told you about my mom, you saved me and you don't even know it...took me out of town to see your town, and we danced together like a couple....." Laceless bursts up with blush after he heard Prince say couple.

"You said yes to being on the team...thank you." Prince leans his head down on top of Laceless' shoulder as they slowly sway back and forth around the meadow. After some time the song begins to end and another slowly starts out playing.

{this may be the right time to say it} Laceless thought as he was thinking how to say it out loud to his crush. { There should be no interruptions since Eging did me a favor and is keeping the monarchs busy but that doesn't mean everyone is} the small yellow squid thinks.

"Laceless I've been wanting to know something.." the smaller inking, surprised to hear this come out no where. "Sure, what is it...?" Prince pulls away as the music continues to play with its soft melody. The night begins to blow cold as the clouds start to form fiercely over top which makes the two boys run for it
Since they now see the on coming rain
(If you actually seen rain approach you before, it's the fucking best)

"Let's Go! We Can't Stay Out Here!" Prince grips Laceless hand and drags him as far as they could go but the rain was faster and it now begins drenching them with water. Laceless turns another way and takes shelter under a large tree pulling Prince in as he wants him safe.

"Where Did This Rain Come From!!!" Prince screams toward the madness of a rainstorm surprising Laceless with how much anger he has in his voice. "Augh!....cod! nothing can go right can it..." Laceless is confused on what that means but perks up his ears.

"I wanted this to be perfect...I wanted To Say That I'm In Love You Laceless!! More Than A Friend Or Teammate! I Love You Laceless!!" Prince screamed toward the rain but then turned his figure over toward Laceless who has a baffled expression crossing his face with blush dusted across.

"....If this did go right then maybe it wasn't mea-"
Laceless makes steady way over toward Prince then rushes up and grips his face only for the gardener to pull the king in for a long, deep meaningful kiss on the lips. Prince is surprised and doesn't know where to place his hands, so he goes for wherever felt right.

"I Love You Prince!! I've always loved you!" The new King looks down at his friend who blushes but doesn't care and finds it attractive. "I love you more" Prince then goes back down and kisses Laceless once again, softly pecking his lips then his cheeks.

All you hear in the background is the sound of the heavy rain and the speaker filling up with water.....
Prince grips Laceless' back, pulling him into a more pleasing kiss. After a minute both pull away with heat in their cheeks and hearts in their eyes.

"...you have no idea how long I've waited for that kiss..." Prince spoke in a breathless whisper as Laceless giggles and leans in only for him to rest on his new boyfriends chest. "I've waited longer..." Laceless looks up teasing his King.

Prince giggles and leans down to pull Laceless back in for one more until his phone goes off. They didn't mind since they got their kisses, so Prince answers the call only for Eging to be on the other end.

"Where are you guys it's raining madness out there, you two alright!?" Eging spoke with worry as N-pacer takes over. "Please come home it's not safe out there, there's no telling how long Emperor will last"
She spoke with her eyes darting over toward the king.

Prince smiles and grips Laceless' hand.

"Alright. I'm bringing Laceless over so please put some extra blankets in my room.." Laceless smiles with joy along with a blush as silent goes on the other end. Apparently Eging and N-pacer mutes the call so they can cheer as loud as they can. Mostly Eging.

"Of course. Be safe along the way." Prince agrees and hangs up now looking at Laceless. "Shall we get going." Laceless laughs and takes his friends hand as they now walk down the hill with their jackets covering them for shelter. It took some time and effort but the boys have now made it to the mansion where Prince now opens the doors.

"I'm home!" He screams out, closing the door then takes his heavy wet coat off his head then takes Laceless' off. "You got all wet.." Prince rubs the little water on Laceless' face away with the stroke of his thumb. The smaller squid leans into his Kings hand and blushes.

"I'm alright..." he spoke with a tender voice as they now hear a loud gasp cut between them. They look over and can see it's Eging who has his hands on each cheek. "You Guys Are Together!!!!" Laceless blushes and covers his face as Prince smiles and nods toward Eging.

He screams with joy and goes to find N-pacer. Prince now takes the chance to run to his room before questions are asked. They laugh as they roam up the stairs and then enter the large room where the extra blankets lay on the bed.

"Here you go" Prince hands a blanket over toward Laceless. Taking it with a smile that's kind then giving his king a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you"
Prince smiles and goes over to the closet opening it up then hands Laceless a few clothes for him to sleep in.

Laceless changes in private then enters the room again only for Prince to also be in P.js and in the middle of the room with a smile on. "What's this?" Laceless asks as he steps in front of Prince with a dazzling smile. "I want to finish our dance if you don't mind..."

"Not at all" Laceless holds Princes hand as they pull each other close swaying to the sweet melody that fills the room. "I do love you Prince" Laceless mutters being a flustered mess as Prince giggles and looks down. "I love you more Lacy~" Prince then gives Laceless a gentle kiss.

"What does this mean for us exactly...?" Laceless asks as they move along with the beat.

"I was hoping this meant we're boyfriends..." Prince said in a shy voice until Laceless literally jumps up and hugs Prince "Yes! I'd love to be that with you!" Both hug and giggles as they now finish their song.
After some time the two sit on the ground and play a video game to pass the time but Laceless was to focused on Prince.

The young King noticed and laughed pulling Laceless in and leans him down on the floor.

"I think it's about time we go to bed..." Laceless whines a little wanting to stay up more but Prince pulls a blanket off the bed and curls up beside Laceless, hugging him close.

"Bed time..." Prince whispers the dozes off to sleep as Laceless lays awake for a moment.
"Goodnight my great king"

This is second to last chapter. The next one will be the final curtain. I hope you're thinking about the next story.

This has been so fun and an amazing journey that I don't want this to end, but we move on so we can make more journeys.
