The carriage ride was one of audrey's favorite things, though she never saw what was pulling them it felt nice. She sat next to lee and fred since lorelei didn't want to be near lee. "What'd you think dumbledore's going to say at the speech this year?" Lee asked. Audrey perked up "he better mention the dementor." she said, making everyone nod. She sighed she was extremely tired and hungry having only ate the apple ginny gave her.

They got out walking up the stairs quickly walking to the gryffindor table. Lorelei and Audrey sat in front of Fred and George while Lee went off to sit with angelina. "I don't get him, he flirts with me then runs off to another chick!" Lorelei complained, turning to look at Audrey "is she prettier than me." her brown eyes bore into audreys blue ones "of course not, i don't know why you'd think that. Lee flirts with everyone he can't help himself lor." audrey said, messing with the table cloth, "I hate boys. Yes even you two." lorelei said making the twins gasp. Fred put his hand to his chest "I'm hurt lorelei, at least Audrey still likes us right?" Fred asked, turning to her.

She lifted her head up making eye contact with his light brown ones, "if it helps you sleep at night then yes." she said making lorelei chuckle and high five her. "And here we thought you were the nice one." George said, shaking his head leaving audrey grinning like a mad man. The sorting came and went finally they could dig in, but before they could dumbledore started talking, making Audrey frown. "Welcome! Welcome to another year at hogwarts! I have a few things to say to you all, and as one of them is very serious, i think it's best to get it out of the way before you become befuddled by our excellent feast."

Audrey grumbled laying her head down on the table, she just wanted some soup then to head to bed. Dumbledore cleared his throat "as you will all be aware after their search of the hogwarts express, our school is presently playing host to some of the dementors of Azkaban, who are here on ministry of magic business." he paused making audrey look up catching fred gaze who raised an eyebrow, she just rolled her eyes laying her head back down. "They are stationed at every entrance to the grounds," dumbledore continued. "And while they are with us, I must make it plain that nobody is to leave school without permission. Dementors are not to be fooled by tricks or disguises or even invisibility cloaks." "it is not in the nature of a dementor to understand pleading or excuses.."

At this point audrey couldn't keep her eyes open she already knew all this. She just wanted to sleep in her bed with her cat. She finally opened her eyes when lorelei wouldn't stop shaking her. "Sleepy head it's time to eat." she said, making audrey yawn and nod, she quickly grabbed some soup and put it in her bowl. She also grabbed a roll munching on it and sigh blissfully. "I need that." she mumbled making lorelei roll her eyes "okay sleeping beauty." she responded getting shoved by audrey who was holding back a giggle.

The four ate laughing at each other and talking about their summers, once they were excused audrey stood up quickly. "Calm down." George said chuckling at her as she smiled looking up at him, she was shorter than the twins by quite a bit, even lorelei was taller than her "i'm excited to sleep!" she said making fred mess with her hair making her pout and try to fix it "we can tell." he said, grabbing her arm and pulling her. Once they got to the stairs she frowned. "Freddie can I get a piggyback ride please." she pleaded making the boy face her "no." he ran up the stairs leaving her pouting making george laugh "alright princess lets go." George said bending down.

Audrey rode on George's back up the stairs cracking jokes making the boy laugh. "George you weren't supposed to give in!" Fred whined, making George shrug her off "she's tired fred." George said, walking into the common room lorelei right behind him chuckling. "I can't believe you sometimes addie.'' Fred said, making her blush he was the only one who called her that and when he did it hit something. "Sorry freddie goodnight." she said quickly hugging him and running up the stairs to the girls room.

Lorelei shrugged at the boys "well i'm off to bed then." she said smiling and heading up the stairs "don't miss us too much boys we'll see you bright and early in the morning." she added winking at them then running up the stairs giggling. "Sometimes I wonder why we're friends with them gred." Fred said, making george nod "me to forge me too."
