Vareen's Point of View
Pagkauwi ko ng bahay ay agad ako sinalubong ng yakap at halik nina Oliver at Jayce. "You had us worried." Oliver said as he kissed my forehead.
"Helia text and she said that you were rushed to the hospital, anong nangyari?" Tanong ni Jayce.
"Overfatigue and stress." Si Helia ang sumagot, napag-usapan na naming iyon, na hindi muna ipapaalam sa kanila. I'm still thinking of a way to surprise them.
Ako din ay hindi ko alam kung matatanggap nila or what, these two just made me us their fuck buddy. I didn't know if there's a thing among the three of us, I don't know if feelings grew or became real. It's a blur.
Kasi kung ako tatanungin, I've fallen very hard to their acts and dominance with all the time I had with them.
Bakit kasi walang label, sis?!
"Ano ba kasing nangyari at umabot pa sa ganon?" Jayce asked.
"It's about Carmelita's, Harveel j-just did something na hindi ko inexpect and he didn't consulted me about it." Napabuntong hininga na lang ako.
"Tapos sumugod siya sa kumapnya ng mga Clarke and after that she fainted." Dagdag pa ni Helia at tsaka umirap.
I better fix this mess.
Jayce and Oliver prepared our lunch, they almost didn't made me move the whole time, at baka mabinat daw ako. Oliver even insisted na subuan ako but I refused, kaya ko naman ang sarili ko.
"Ate, you got a call from Harveel Clarke." Inabot sa akin ni Helia ang aking cellphone at sinagot iyon.
"Well, hello, Vareen!" Narinig ko pa ang paghalakhak niya mula sa kabilang linya.
"Damn, you! Go to hell, Clarke!" I'm so pissed right now.
"I'm sorry, darling. I had to do that. Look, business is business--" Hindi ko na siya pinatapos at agad ko itong sinumbatan.
"I signed the papers, Clarke! We both agreed na hindi ka na makikielam sa lupain!"
"I know I know, but business is business, someone offered me a---"
"Shut up, I'm going to your building right now, kailangan na nating mag-usap personally. This is too much." I said trying to keep up my voice and stop myself from crying.
"Fine, I'm just here at my office." I ended the call at agad na nagbihis.
"W-wait Vareen, you don't have to go. Baka kung mapano ka pa." Nag-aalalang saad ni Jayce na ngayon ay hinaharangan ang dadaanan ko.
