Vareen's Point of View
"Ano ba naman 'yan?! Nilibot na namin ang buong Metro Manila tapos malalaman ko lang na nandito ka lang pala?!" I thought they'll never find me eh.
"Tatlong araw na kaming nababaliw kakahanap sa'yo! I better call Oliver at sabihin kong nahanap na kita." Agad kong hinablot sa kanya ang ang kanyang cellphone at tsaka iyon binato sa balcony at for sure ay nalaglag na iyon at nawasak. "Oh my! Ano bang nangyayari sa'yo Vareen?!" I think I just pissed her off.
"I'm just gonna buy you a new phone." I told her at tsaka pumunta sa counter para kainin ang kakadeliver lang na isang box ng pizza.
"Why are you hiding? Jayce and Oliver has gone crazy looking for you!" Napairap na lang ako sa sinabi niya. Of course, it's just one of their crazy acts.
I am here at my old condominium, wala namang nakakaalam sa lugar na 'to kundi si Fero at si Aihira lang. This is the only place they can't find me.
This is where Fero and I did all of our nasty things when we were college, this condo is actually Fero's but he said that it's also mine too, and I can crash here whenever I want. Mabuti na lang at malinis dito, hindi na ako magw-worry sa surroundings.
"Psh, as if those were real, they're just probably acting, Aihira." I tried to hide the pain while I'm telling those things. Hanggang ngayon pa din kasi ay nasasaktan pa din ako sa nangyari, gustuhin ko mang magbar ngayon ay hindi ko magawa.
"Anong acting ka diyan? Ano ba kasing nangyari?" she asked at umupo sa tapat ko.
"I don't know, how about you explain first that the Martins just forced you for me to join the modeling?" I asked her back. I just wanted to know if it was true or not.
"They did not forced me. I really---"
"Yes they did, kasi diba pag hindi ako nakapasok doon, mawawalan ka ng trabaho?" Kumuha siya ng isang slice ng pizza at tsaka kinain iyon.
"You got me in there. They forced and threatened me, they threatened me that they will kill you if you're not joining, syempre as your BFF, ayaw kong may mangyaring masama sa'yo so... that's it. I'm sorry." Lumapit siya sa akin at tsaka ako niyakap.
"Is that the reason why you're hiding? I wanted to make it up to you sis, babawi ako." Umupo siya ngayon sa tabi ko habang hawak hawak ang kamay ko.
"No, hindi 'yun. It's way worse. "
"Anong nangyari? Did those two hurt you? Anong ginawa nila sa'yo?" Sunod sunod niyang tanong.
I told her everything right from the start all night long, we spend the night laughing and comforting me.
