"Vareen, they just used you." Parang sirang plaka na paulit ulit na nagrereplay sa utak ko ang sinabi ni Harveel.
Anong ibig sabihin noon, na ginamit lang nila ako? Para saan?
Hindi pa rin nagsisink in ang sinabi niya sa utak ko.
"Hindi naman sila lalapit sayo kung wala silang kailangan diba?" Harveel started.
"Shut up, Clarke." Mariing sabi ni Jayce, ngunit napatawa lang si Harveel.
"No, you shut up Vander, and let me tell Vareen the whole plot of your plans." Sunod na sinabi ni Harveel at hinayaan ko na lang itong ituloy ang sasabihin. I need to hear this.

"Clarke, just stop it." Narinig ko pang sabi ni Jayce, pero hindi namin siya pinansin.
"Why? Ayaw niyo bang marinig ni Vareen ang plano niyo? Vareen, your resto bar has the best spot in the shore side of Manila Bay, and they have this upcoming housing project which is with my partnership. Vareen, hindi mo din ba nakita na I've been telling and showing you things. Kaya ko binibili yung lupain mo para hindi na nila mabili, so that you could still continue managing your beloved restaurant!"
Gulat agad ang rumehistro sa mukha ko, wait, so all this time, Harveel knew and he didn't told me? Kung naging straight to the point siya, sana maayos pa ang lahat ngayon!

And again, I just nodded at Harveel to continue. Unti unti nang nabalutan ng poot at galit ang puso ko. How could they? Ayaw ko sanang maniwala but it seems like he's telling the truth.

"P-pero paano nila nakuha ang titulo?" I asked him, trying to have a grip of myself.
