Makalipas ang ilang oras ay iaanunsyo na ang nagwaging queen and king of the night na malakas naman ang kutob ko na kami yo'n.
"Before we end this night, we would like to introduce to all of you the star of this night. The king and the queen of this night are Reince Jerah Wilson Davis and Rainne Ainsley Adams Moore. We chose them as the queen and king because we were touched by their dance under the moonlight," sabi ng host sa lahat ng students sa campus namin.
Tinignan ko si Jeiah at nagtaka ako dahil iba ang pagkakatingin niya sa akin na para siyang may iniisip.
"Jeiah, huy Jeiah," tawag ko sa kaniya.
"Ha ano?" lutang na sagot niya sa akin.
"Sabi ko, tawag tayo sa stage."
Umabrisiete ako sa kaniya at naglakad na kami sa gitna ng karamihan patungong entablado. Nakita ko ang ibang kalalakihan na tuwang-tuwa at nakita ko naman ang ibang kababaihan na tila'y masama ang loob.
"As we announced the king and the queen of this prom night, Reince Jerah and Rainne Ainsley will be the muse and escort of our Campus until your graduation," dugtong pa ng host.
Binigay sa amin ang microphone at agad naman akong nagpasalamat dahil sa iginawad na katungkulan sa amin.
"We're happy that we are the chosen one and we are so glad to the privileged of being the king and queen of this night, we're happy to say that we appreciate this kind of honor." Matapos kong sabihin ang mga katagang iyon ay bumaba na kami ng stage at nagpaalam na ako kay Jeiah.
"Jeiah see you next time, lalabas na ako baka andoon na ang Mommy ko,"sabi ko sa kaniya.
"Samahan na kita."
"Sige, ikaw bahala."
Na sa labas na kami kung saan isinagawa ang venue at hinihintay na lamang si Mommy para masundo ako.
