Chapter 15: What'll Happen First

[ Sai POV ]
It had been a few hour after classes were over and everyone was back home. Everyone except Naruto that is. He hadn't come back for a few hours and no one has seen him around school. We all gathered in the living room and had come up with multiple reasons why he wasn't here.
"You really think he fell asleep after all this time"
Shikamaru said the most obvious but devastating possibility,
"Maybe he died when walking home from school"
Tenten yelled out,
"Don't say those types of things, Shikamaru. You shouldn't jinx him like that"
"What I'm just pointing out a possibility"
He was right, that was one of the most likely situations that had happened. Naruto falling asleep was almost impossible and I don't think any one of us didn't know that. Kurama sighed,
"We had some actual debt paperwork for him to do today"
When we moved to Paris we continued our Mafia business there. We didn't have anything at first but along the way everyone of us had picked up skills and where named our own unit.
Kurama became the back up unit.
Naruto was the boss.
Shikamaru became the strategy unit.
Shino became the information unit.
Kiba and Akamaru became the tracking unit.
Choji became the poisons unit.
Neji became Naruto's right hand man.
Lee became the combat unit.
Tenten became the weapons unit
Ino became the hacking unit.
I became the assassins unit.
The only thing we didn't have was money. Money runs the world but he had none. Thanks to Naruto's gambling and Ino's stealing we got all of the money we needed.
"Maybe he's with Sasuke"
"Ino..."
Kiba sighed,
"Do you know who unlikely that is"
Akamaru barked agreeing with Kiba. Ino just mimicked Shikamaru,
"What I'm just pointing out a possibility"
"If anything we know his body is on the roof"
Tenten started looking like a crazy person,
"You make it sound like he's dead Shino"
I heard a sigh from across the table,
"Sai..."
It was Neji's turn to speak,
"Go back to school and look for Naruto"
"I understand"
I got up and walked out of the living room, heading for the door.

I was searching the roofs of every building when I noticed that there was something on the roof of the North building. I used my phone to see what was actually up there.
"Maybe that's him up there"
I walked into the building and started walking up the stairs to the roof. I slowly opened the door reveling the late Naruto. I examined what I saw and took a picture. I closed the door again and went into my messages.

Sai:

Ino:
That's so cute 😝☺️

Kurama:
So he was both sleeping and with Sasuke

Lee:
In the spring time of their youth. Maybe I should do the same.

Tenten:
Lee....

Neji:
He means training. Just training

Tenten:
