My cursed mark began to hurt and then I remebered what I got from Orochimaru. I dispelled genjutsu on mark and saw it. I have to comlite it soon or it will fade away. After this I should be unconscious for a couple days. Let's start the sealing.

"Cursed mark-phase 2:SEAL"

And all I knew was dark.

Hmm I transformed into my phase 2 curse mark. I look like Sasuke do when he activate it on this stage. Eaven hand wings. Cool but creepy. But cool non the less.

It seems that I was out for six days. Tomorrow is cauncil meeting with new Hokage. I just can't wait.

Cauncil chamber

Tsunade blused

Everyone was in awe as how easly young clan head easly talked to Hokage and Hokage liked him

"Well Tsunade do you accept the position of Hokage" asked Danzo

"Yes I do and from now on it's Hokage-sama for you and everyone else."

After meeting

"Tsunade-sama can I talk to you for a moment?"

"Yes you can Madara what is it?"

"I just wanted to hear do you see our village as weak or strong shinobi like? Because only trutly strong jonin we have are Kakashi Hatake, Asuma Sarutobi and Might Guy. We have no one else everyone else is average. You will have to promote to chunin those from chunin exames of this year. I myself am on that list and those other people on it are more them capable to become jonin much less chunin. So I recommend ordering them to take jonin exames in the next 2 years at least and other capabel genin to take chunin exames. I also think you should take an appearance because our medical ninjas are not eaven as remotly as capabel as you are and it woud be a pity that with you and Shizune your medical ninjutsu and seal on your forehead die"

Tsunade seemed to think deeply about what I said and said "Alright who do you reccomend for that all?"

"Well in my opinion for jonin exames Shikamaru Nara, Hyuuga Neji and me. For next chunin exames Ino Yamakada, Kiba Inuzaka, Shino Aburne, Rock Lee and TenTen. For your appearance Sakura Haruno and Hinata Hyuuga. Then on second chunin exames from now you send Sakura, Hinata and Choji"

"Hmm.. this could be very benefitial for the village. Alright I will do it and I will take your word for those people because you know them better then me but ehat of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha?

"Not to be rude or anything bit neither of tham have a mentality to be chunin. Naruto is too childish and I would recommend Jeraya-sama to take him out of the village on traing trip for 3 years. Afther that he would mature a bit and then you should allow someone like ANBU Tora to train him. That ANBU has Mokuton and can contain Kyuubi from inside Naruto. As for Sasuke he is mentally ustabel and sufferes from inferiority coplex, superiority complex, PTSD, social anxiety and showed signs of depression. He is not fit to be a shinobi at all but he also has to be because if we don't give him the opportunity to get stronger he WILL leave the village to find Orochimaru anc then if Orochimaru makes him stronger he will hate Konoha and want to destry it. So I would recommend Guy to train him in tajutsu and Kakashi with sharingan and ninjutsu."

"I see your point but cauncil won't let Jinchuuriku outside the village and will try to stop me when it comes to not letting Uchiha become higher then genin for three years."

"I will get you the elders to vote for that decision. And eaven if they don't agree you have to remember Tsunade-sama thet YOU are the Hokage.
