Tumalikod muna ako sa cash register para magpunas ng counter. Sabado ngayon, ibig sabihin may sleepover kila Mary. Makikita ko rin si Asher!
I honestly don't know what's happening anymore. All I get is this weird swirling feeling in my stomach whenever I hear his voice or see his dimple. Then, I'd feel like I'm having adrenaline rush and all I wanna do is jump in joy after spending time with him.

May umubo sa harap ng counter kaya lumingon ako biglaan. Natabig ko sa tabi 'yung tower of cups nang makita kung sino ang nasa harapan ko. The cups scattered everywhere!
Huhu, first day ko pa lang dito sa Black Scoop Cafe pumalpak na ako. Si Asher kasi eh.
"Klutz," tinulungan niya akong i-ayos ang mga cups. Buti na lang sa counter na kakalinis ko lang ito nahulog.
I dusted my apron, "I apologize sir, may I take your order?"
Lumitaw ang kaniyang dimple habang nakangiti, "Hmm, I want..." nagkunwari pang tumingin sa menu bago tingnan ako ng kaniyang malalamig na mata, "You."
Uminit ang pisngi ko. "Sorry sir, I'm not in the menu... but you can try our bestseller!" Iniwas ko ang tingin ko sa kaniya.
His bottom lip protruded. He's wearing a fitted v-neck shirt tucked in a grey maong pants. Suot niya ulit yung baseball cap niya kaya halos mapunta lahat ng dugo ko sa mukha. Nasilaw pa ako sa Rolex niyang relo.
"Okay, I'm convinced. I'll order that," nilabas niya ang kaniyang wallet habang mukha akong tangang nakangiting aso.
"I'll wait for you here."
"Huh? Hindi na! Matagal pa ako noh!" Umiling ako habang gumagawa ng kape.
He shrugged, "Then I'll wait until you finish. Sabay na tayo pumunta kila Mary."
Kumunot ang noo ko, "Pero dalawang oras pa 'ko rito..."
I handed him his order. He takes it gingerly, slightly touching my hand so it sends shivers down my spine.
"It's okay. I'll do my homework here," he playfully winks.
Hoo, nahihirapan na yung puso 'ko!
Ilang beses ko ng muntik na matapon ang mga drinks dahil sa tingin ni Asher. Nakakailang naman, buti na lang andiyan na yung night shift na worker! Dapat talaga buong araw akong magtatrabaho kasi tuwing four days a week lang ang shift ko. Pero dahil first day ko ngayon, try try muna mamaya hindi ko naman pala kaya!
