We only checked out 2 locations yesterday dahil kinailangan na naming bumalik para hindi gabihin. So far ay wala pa akong nagugustuhan na location because it's either too expensive or too small.

Maaga kami ngayon para puntahan ang natitirang 2 pa. Like yesterday, when we reached his car again in the parking lot, binuksan ko ang back seat para doon umupo.

My brows furrowed when I saw a ton of boxes sitting there. Wala nang space para upuan ko!

Binuksan ni Vini ang passenger's seat. "The seat's not taken by anybody. Pumasok ka na." He even pushed me a bit para papasukin ako.

I glared at him as he closes the door at umikot para sumakay din.

"Para sa mamaya yan, may schedule tayong pupuntahan sa hapon." Explain niya kahit wala namang nagtatanong.

"Breakfast? Gusto mo mag-drive thru?" He asked again.

I shifted uncomfortably on my seat. There's just something wrong sitting here beside him. Masyadong malapit, masyadong intimate.

"Kumain na ako." I simply answered.

The 3rd location we went to, medyo bet ko siya kaso lang ay mukhang malaki ang gagastusin namin for renovation kapag ito ang pinili. The last location though, I think I fell in love at first sight.

I'm satisfied with the dimensions of the place. The 1st floor is spacious enough to fit more or less 8 tables and that's big already. It also has a room with sinks already installed so I think it would be perfect to set up the kitchen there. May isang bathroom din and I can already imagine the placing of my counters.

May 2nd floor pa ito, it is a smaller space, like it cuts half of the 1st floor. Galing sa taas ay tanaw mo ang buong baba. I'm planning to make the 2nd floor the office. I'm already excited!

We went back to the car after the agent finished touring us on the whole place. May kamahalan din dito pero the agent gave us the contact information of the owner para makausap namin ng maayos.

"I like how it's just a block away from Alvyno. Tapos may dorms pa around and may companies din. It's perfect, pwedeng mag-aral ang mga studyante kapag ayaw nilang sa dorm mag-aral at ang mga employees naman pwedeng mag-take out ng drinks or have a lunch at the café." Excited kong sabi.

"Our team will contact the owner. Kapag na-settle na ay pwede nang simulan ang renovation." He answered, eyes remaining on the road.

I brought my phone out when I felt it vibrating. I groaned when I saw my mom calling.

"The date you bailed on yesterday?" Sabat ni Vini, tinitingnan ako na nakatitig lang sa screen, hesitating to answer the call.

I glared at him bago sinagot ang tawag. "Hello, mom?" I made sure to emphasize the latter word.

"Yani, ang aga mong umalis today? Michael's mom is asking for a meet up again, do you have some time today?" Diretso niyang sabi.

"Mom..." Mag-rereklamo palang ako pero she cut me off.

"I know, ang kulit kaya i-meet mo ng isang beses lang para matigil na. I can't reject the mom, we're friends."

"Mom, I'm already seeing someone." Napalakas ang boses ko sa frustration.

Saglit na natahimik ang kabilang linya. Pati si Vini ay nilingunan ako.

"A serious one?" She asked.

"Y-Yes." I stuttered at napakamot sa ulo.

Of course, not! Sinabi ko lang iyon para matigil siya.
