"Kinabahan naman ako sa pa let's talk mo, ito lang gusto mong pag-usapan?" I scoffed.

"Yes, so kalian nga 2nd date natin?" Ulit niya sa tanong kanina.

"Ikaw bahala, G naman ako kahit kailan. When ka ba free?"

Napaisip siya saglit. "I have training ng 6PM – 11PM during weekdays and 8AM – 12NN during weekends."

"What? So you basically have no time to date." I crossed my arms.

Agad siyang nagtaas ng isang kamay to stop me.

"Dahil lang naman sa nalalapit na UAAP finals. After that, I'll have more time na."

"Then let's date nalang after finals." I said.

"No." Agap niya. "No, let's do it soon. I'll adjust to your sched. Anong oras ba 1st class mo?"

"Bakit ka ba nagmamadali?" I curiously asked.

"Aba, if I don't make it fast baka iba na crush mo pagkatapos ng finals namin." Diretso niyang sabi.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. "Hoy, grabe naman yang tingin mo sakin."

"Base on experience lang. Ang bilis ng expiry eh, 1 day lang." Pang-aasar niya.

"Naniwala ka naman sa pinsan mong bluffer?"

"Bakit, hindi ba totoo? So crush mo parin ako?" Nangingiti niyang tanong.

"Oo naman." I casually said. "Bakit gusto mo ng 2nd date? Crush mo din ako?" Matapang kong sabi.

He shrugged. "Maybe." Before walking away.

Maybe? Maybe! Arte! But still, it made me smile.

Nakita kong bumalik na siya sa living area at lumapit kay Oli. I composed myself first bago sumunod. Kumuha ako ng isang slice ng pizza then went to sit with the girls. Ang magkapatid nalang ang nandoon, wala yung mga kaibigan nila.

"Hi, Sofya with a 'y' right? I'm Yani with an 'i'" I randomly told them, to start a conversation.

She smiled at me. "Hey, Yani. Glad you remember. Yung iba ay 'i' parin ang sinusulat sakin kahit na ilang besses ko nang sinabi na 'y'."

I laughed at her remark. Sofya seems to have an outgoing and carefree personality too. Her brownish hair is cut short until her neck.

"Are you two twins?" I curiously asked habang kumagat sa pizza.

Tumawa si Freya. "We get that a lot but no. I'm the older sister."

Freya is friendly too but she is more reserved and poised. Contrary to her sister, her jet-black hair is long until her waist. Both of them have similar features – pearl white skin and angelic face. Mas dark nga lang ang make-up ni Sofya kaya nagmumukha siyang mas mataray.

We talked a bit more and I learned that they are from UNA. Madami akong tinanong sa kanila about doon dahil hindi ako napapadpad doon sa bandang school nila, it's far from ours.

I also learned that their family owns a law firm and Freya is going to law school after graduation. Si Sofya naman ay may balak magtransfer sa Le Grand.

"We should meet kapag nakatransfer ka na!" I told her, feeling excited.

We stopped chatting when they decided to go join their friends for a swim. Ininvite din nila ako but I said next time nalang dahil wala akong dala na extra clothes.

My eyes accidentally drifted to Vini's direction and saw him still playing with Oli. Tumatawa sila pareho habang Vini is gently tickling Oli. I unconsciously smiled with them.
