Emotions

Isang galaw ko lang ay dumilat na ang mga mata ni Vini.

"When was the last time you ate?" Pagalit niyang tanong.

I bit my lower lip to think about it but I can't remember.

Tumayo siya at may dinala na tray, nilagay niya yun sa harapan ko.

"You fainted from fatigue and dehydration. Eat up."

I winced as I look at the tray, it's all liquid – soup, porridge, water, milk.

"I'm not sick! Bakit ganyan ang pagkain ko? I want pizza."

He sighed bago tumayo at tumawag ng room service.

Kinuha ko ang tubig at ininuman bago tumayo at hinawi ang kurtina.

It revealed a glass door leading to a private pool at sa tapat ay beach view. A majestic view.

"Your sister and Mr. Hernandez are in a meeting with the general manager." He informed me.

I nodded, nanatiling pinapanood ang dagat.

"Where's Kuya Nic?" I curiously asked. Hindi ko pa siya nakakausap ng maayos!

I heard his footsteps approaching me. "Why? Do you need more hug? I can give you that."

Hinarap ko siya and gave him a tired glare. Nagbibiro pa!

"Sorry." Sabi niya agad. "Sabi niya pupuntahan ka niya, so just relax for now."

Sinabayan niya akong kumain. We are sitting outdoors, sa tabi ng private pool, nakaharap sa beach. He ordered so much food! Pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, tacos and fruit shakes.

"I already told Liya that we'll visit Bree. Gusto niya rin pumunta kaya hintayin muna natin siyang makarating dito para sabay na. Their province is near La Verde and that's where Bree's grave is.

I nodded while listening to him and eating pero ang mga mata ay nasa dagat.

"Are you feeling better?" I heard the sincerity in his voice kaya nilingunan ko siya.

I couldn't answer... I don't know the answer yet.

I took a stroll around The Sphere that afternoon. We're staying in a beachfront villa pero meron ding hotel rooms ang available. There are various water activities available also pati island hopping. Meron ding indoor activities like the game room, spa, golf and more.

Excited na akong itry ang mga yun... After settling my feelings and problem with everyone that I need to talk to.

We ate at the hotel's restaurant that night.

"This is Case Cereno, our GM here in this branch." Pakilala ni Kuya Flint.

Napakunot ang noo ko. Cereno?

"Caden's brother." Vini answered for me.

I nodded and shook his hand. Kasama rin namin si Kuya Nic at Ate Mish.

I was constantly glancing at Kuya Nic dahil gusto ko na siyang makausap. He's talking with Kuya Flint and Kuya Case, though. Si Ate Mish naman busy getting to know Vini.

"Nixon!" Napahinto nanaman kami ni Kuya Nic sa paglalakad para lingunin si Vini.

Papunta kami sa beachside ngayon. Kuya Nic suggested to talk there para chill environment. Gusto pang sumama ni Vini but I don't want him around, this is between Kuya Nic and me.

"Oo na, Vince Josiah. Iingatan ko wag kang mag-alala." Sigaw niya sa kapatid bago ako hinila paalis.

Pareho kaming umupo sa magkatabing beach lounge chair na nakaharap sa dagat.
