???'s POV

I sat in my mother's car along with one of my good friends Stella. She was looking out the window on her side, the only thing I saw was her brunette hair that was down to her mid back. It was the same color as mine, except mine is lighter and shorter.

Today Stella and I were going to Freddy's. Not our first pick of course. She and I never liked that place. It was always full of screaming children. We both thought that it was just for babies, but my mom insisted we go there.

Stella looked over at me with her brown eyes. "Why are we going here again?" She asked quietly so my mother couldn't hear her.

"She says its a good place for children" I responded to her in the same quiet tone, "I tried telling her that we aren't babies anymore, but she didn't want to hear it"

Stella shrugged then turned back towards the window. I felt bad that I had to drag her into this. Like I said, Freddy's is a place for babies. It's for little kids who can't do anything for themselves.

We finally pulled up to the pizzeria. Stella and I got out of the car. She pulled out her phone and started moving her thumbs quickly. She started giggling, making me roll my eyes.

"Can you please not talk to your girlie friends when I with you" I said. She laughed and put her phone back in her pocket.

The three of us walked into Freddy's.
The three animatronics were singing on the stage. Kids were running to the different rooms that this place had.

"I'll be at our table if you two need me" my mother told us "be careful ok"

I nodded and put my hands in my jean pockets. "Ok mom" I told her and walked off, Stella walking beside me.

"So what do you wanna do?"she asked me and raised an eyebrow. I looked around the room, looking for something un babyish to do. Let me just tell you, it's impossible!

"Hey, where was that one room where you can take apart that fox animatronic?" She asked. I looked around and pointed to a hallway.

"It's over there, I saw a little kid coming from there while holding a white ear"

Stella looked at me. Her facial expression seemed like she was challenging me. Then she shoved me a little and laughed.

"You can't catch me Adam!" She shouted while running full speed

"Get back here!" I called back while running right behind her.

Marionette's POV

Why did I do that last night? Mangle is torn apart and I'm just made it worse by snatching her up by the neck. Never will she forgive me for that.

I looked at my two small, black, stub like hands. Then I sighed sadly. I layer down in the pitch black box, my knees still pointed up. There was one question that kept coming to my mind

Who said that to Madeline?

The day before the... Incident, she said something about kids telling her she couldn't do anything herself. That's when she climbed the counter and-. I couldn't handle saying the last part. Its just, all these emotions get the best of me when I put that word and her name together.

Dead and Madeline.

The words Mangle said dawned on me. There wasn't any proof she had passed away. But there wasn't any proof she was alive either. Plus, was she also right about me being selfish. I never thought of it that way before. It's not like I purposely do it. It's like, I don't feel like I have proper freedom when Madeline isn't there with me. And now she never will, and it's all because of those children who picked on her!

I hit my hand on the box's wall. My hand had left a mark on the box, it looked like someone sliced it with a claw. Maybe even more than a claw, like Foxy's hook.

"I swear, when I find the children who bullied Maddie, they will suffer the consequences!" I whispered to myself

I have to find those children! But it's not very likely for me to find them. They wouldn't be here. Or. Would they?

Adam's POV

Stella and I walked out of Kid's Cove. Even though this place is for little kids, smashing that robot was always fun!

A/N: I am so sorry Mangle, Please don't stuff me in a suit!

We walked back to the room with the stage. I think it was called the Party Room or something like that.

"What should we do now?" Stella asked

Then something came to me. Madeline always talked about this puppet. His name was Marionette. I guess it gave out presents. We did tell he she was just a little kid who couldn't do anything by herself. Hey I was just being honest! If she was a 10 year old girl and she still came to this place then all signs lead to her being a little kid. I mean, I know I shouldn't be the one talking (since Stella and I are both 10 and were here). But we were forced to come here! With her, she wants to be here!

"Let's go see that puppet that you know who always talks about" I told her. Then another thought came to me. Madeline hasn't been at school lately. I wonder where she went. Oh well, probably went on some vacation. At least she's gone for awhile.

We both walked down to where Marionette was at. The two of us finally got to a room. Above the entrance way was a sign that said "Welcome to Prize Corner! Come Have Some Fun With The Gift Giving Puppet!"

"This is the place!" I said to her and put my hands in the direction of the room. She rolled her eyes and walked right in. "No dip!" She shouted playfully

I looked around the room as I walked inside. Toys were on shelves above the prize counter. Presents were scattered across the floor. There was even a bent up present by the wall. Strange, no other presents were near it. It looked like someone threw it with a strong force.

I bumped right into Stella, making her fall and hit a huge box In the middle. "Adam! Watch where you're going!" She shouted, then she rubbed her arm.

"Sorry!" I apologized to her

I stood up quickly and put my arm out to help Stella up. "I don't need your help! I'm not like Madeline who can't do anything by herself!" She snapped at me

Then, a lovely melody started playing. It was coming from the box Stella bumped into.

A tall puppet sprung out of it. He glared at us evilly. "What did you say about Madeline?" He asked strictly

We were both terrified. Stella slowly got up. As she did the puppet never took his eyes off of her. "Answer me!" he shouted, making us jump back.

"Uh, she said Madeline uh, couldn't do anything for herself" I said. Stella ran behind me and peeked her head out from behind my shoulders.

Then, just like that, the puppet jumped out of his box and snatched me by the collar of my shirt. "How DARE you say that about MY Maddie!" He shouted.

Then, without any warning at all, he sliced the side of my face and threw me on the ground. Stella ran over to me. She kneeled down beside me and started at Marionette. Then there was a gasp from behind us. We turned around and the three animatronics that were usually on stage singing were at the door way. They stood there in shock.

"Run!" the chicken robot yelled. The bear and the rabbit grabbed the Marionette and forced him back into his box. Stella and I darted out of that room. I held onto my cheek as I ran.

I found my mom sitting at one of the tables. We both ran up to her. She looked up and saw my cheek. "Adam! What happened?" She asked nervously

"I uh, I fell!" I shouted trying to cover up the fact that puppet did it. "Let's go home! We need to bandage that cut. How did you even get a cut that deep from falling?" She asked and grabbed her purse quickly.

"I'll tell you when we get home!" I protested "let's just leave!"

We ran out of the pizzeria without looking back. I'm never going back to that axe again. How could Madeline love such a monster?
