CHAPTER 25

"What else do you need?" Aza asked and folded those boxes and put it on the garbage bag.

I looked around and everything is completely okay now. It took a couple of months before I completed my stuffs and my desire interior for my condo. Dad allowed me to moved out since I'm already having a hard time traveling back and forth from work to our house. Kaya nga lang ay same building kami ni Ryle pero magkaiba naman nang floor. Madalas din akong matulungan ni Api sa pag-aayos dahil malapit lang siya.

"Grocery siguro later? Are you still free? I can go on my own naman." I said and get a glass of water. I also get one for him.

"I'll come with you."

I nodded and started to threw all those unnecessary things that I will no longer needed here. Mom and Dad helped me bought this place but I promised that I'll pay them once a I have an enough money. I've been working for almost a year too and I'm already used to it. I also sell my car to buy a simple and cheaper one. Nagpaalam naman ako kay Tito Anton and Mommy bago ko ibenta dahil regalo nila iyon sa akin at okay lang din naman sa kanila. I told them I'll use the extra money to buy my appliances and other things for my place.

Around 5pm when Aza and I went out to buy some groceries and stocks. I'm just wearing a shorts and t-shirt plus my slip-on. Ganoon lang din ang suot ni Aza dahil kakatapos lang din naming maglinis. Good thing that he's so patience. Never nga siyang nagreklamo sa akin.

"Hey, it's too much!" I told him when he put a lot of sanitary napkin inside the cart.

"It's okay, babe. What if I'm not around and you have no extra pads? Sinong bibili para sayo?" He scoffed and continued pushing the cart.

"I'm living with the same building with Api. I can call her anytime." I reasoned out because it's true naman.

"And, Ryle... right?"

I rolled my eyes. "Are you jealous? God! You're my boyfriend and I'm so in love with you, duh!"

"Duh!" He said, mocking me. "Seriously, did he visit you? Sure he knew that you're now living the same building with him. Vern's loyalty is always with him."

I looked at him in disbelief. Of course! Kapatid 'yon ni Vern e! Anong aasahan niya?!

"He never did, okay?" I mumbled.

"Bakit parang disappointed ka pa?" Tanong niya, halatang nang-aasar.

I give him a punched in which he chuckled. I frowned, making him laugh even more. "Excused me ha? You're so epal talaga."

"Ah, epal?" Aniya at pabiro akong ginigitgit habang naglalakad.

"Hilig magpagalit sa sarili 'no? Sana ayos ka lang."

"Wow tapang mo, a? Lalaban ka na?" Giit niya at hinawakan ako sa tainga.

Nilingon siya at agad kong inabot ang daliri niya. Kinagat ko iyon bago ako dumiretso sa counter. I saw how his face turned red! Diniinan ko pa naman talaga! I stick my tongue out and started to act like a cute little kid. Natatawa ako kasi ang sama ng tingin niya sa akin.

"I'll pay..." He said and eyed me.

"Ako na!" I cut him off but he immediately give his card sa cashier. "Sabi ko ako na e!"

Kita ko kung paano mag-alinlangan yung cashier. Napatingin ito kay Aza at tila hindi alam ang gagawin.

"It's on me." He said.

"Uhm, o-okay po, Sir... Aza."

Hanggang sa makauwi ay inaasar niya ako! He reasoned out pa na I promised daw na I allowed him to buy some stuffs for my place pero hindi naman talaga ako seryoso roon kasi hindi naman niya obligasyon na bilhan ako ng mga gamit. Ano nalang peg niya sa buhay ko? Sugar daddy? Ugh, no way!
