Steffie POV

“Hey girls, I hope you don’t mind me being here as well?” I looked up, seeing no other than Naya Rivera. A grin took over my face and when I turned to look at MacKenzie she was already grinning big at me, chuckling at my reaction, she knew Daya was my otp. “N-no, I don’t, I mean we don’t, I think” I said, looking at MacKenzie for a reply. “No, I don’t, so we don’t” MacKenzie said, making Demi and Naya chuckle. Okay… My awkwardness had reached a new level. “Alright, enough with the ‘I don’t and we don’t’ let’s take some pictures” Demi said, walking towards us. “So a group picture or what would you want?” she asked, looking at the both of us. “We kinda wanted both, if that was possible” I said, biting my lip. Demi looked at the photographer and he nodded, letting us know it was. “Can I go first?” MacKenzie asked, chewing her cheek a bit. “Sure sweetie, what’s your name by the way?” Demi asked, putting an arm around MacKenzie’s shoulders. “Eh, M-MacKenzie” she said, looking at Demi’s arm around her shoulder. “Alright MacKenzie, any pose you would like?” Demi asked her. “Could we hug? I mean if that’s ok with you?” MacKenzie asked nervously. “Sure” Demi said, bear hugging her. The photographer snapped the picture and then Demi looked at me. “Ok, now you” she said, “What’s your name?” she added. “I’m Stephanie, but everyone calls me Steffie, so Steffie” I said, giggling a bit at the end.

“Wait a minute! I remember you!” Demi suddenly said. “You were the one Enrique brought to my dressing room in Belgium, isn’t it?” she asked me. I only nodded, too dazed to answer. She remembered me, that’s in no way possible, I mean she has so many fans and Lovatics, why would she remember me of all people? When I got my voice back I answered: “Yes, that was me, I didn’t have a meet and greet ticket, but Enrique gave me one and then I got to see you, in your dressing room as you said” I answered, turning a bit red. “Well then Steffie, I’m glad to see you again, do you have a pose in mind?” she asked me. “Eh yes, but can miss Rivera join us maybe? I mean if that’s okay and if she wants to of course” I quickly added, knowing maybe I asked too much. Demi looked at Naya, who was smiling and joined us. “Please call me Naya, and what pose did you have in mind?” Naya asked this time. To be honest a lot of poses popped up in my mind at this moment, but I had one that topped them all after I saw Naya in the room. “Could you two pretend to get married and I could be the priest that blesses you? If that is doable if not then I would just want a picture with the both of you, each on one side of me” I rambled a bit. I saw Demi looking at Naya and then at the photographer. “Do you have a phone with a camera” Demi asked suddenly. “Eh yes, I have an iPhone” I replied. “Well the official photo will be the one with us standing next to you, and if you want MacKenzie can take the other picture with your phone. Would that be okay?” Demi asked. “Yes, absolutely, thank you so much” I said, getting ready for the first picture. After that one, MacKenzie took my phone and took the other picture, I must admit, it looked amazing. I put my phone away and told MacKenzie to join us so we could take a group picture. MacKenzie and I next to each other, Naya on my other side and Demi on MacKenzie’s other side.

I thanked both of them again and wanted to leave the room, because I was sure we used all of our time and much more, but MacKenzie spoke: “Eh Demi, could you maybe sign this poster? I know we already spent more time with you than normally but...” “Sure, do you have a marker or something?” Demi interrupted her, smiling big. As MacKenzie gave her the marker, I came back to them, looking at the poster she brought with her. It was actually one of the first pictures that were made when Demi came out of rehab. “Is there any reason you chose this picture?” Demi asked, tearing up a little. “Actually yes, I know this is from when you got back out of rehab and it shows all of us Lovatics that you made it through and stayed strong. And actually this picture isn’t for me, but for Steffie, because I know she can make it through, just like you did, only she has to believe more in herself. And with this poster I want to encourage her to get there” she said, looking at me as tears were falling from my eyes. I hugged her, burying my face in her neck, thanking her over and over again. “I love you” I said, when I pulled back, totally forgetting where I was or who was around me or even what was said a few weeks earlier about this. Demi gave me the poster and after we hugged both of them again, Demi had to go for sound check.

MacKenzie and I found our seats and prepared for the most amazing concert of all. During sound check Demi answered some questions and sang a few songs. Thirty minutes later she was back for the actual concert, MacKenzie and I sang along on the top of our lungs, not having a care in the world. During break I decided to get some water to sooth our throats and got back to MacKenzie. I thanked her again and gave her another hug. When Demi came back she said she had a surprise for us at the end of the show. After Stop the world she said she had a special guest with her. MacKenzie and I looked at each other at the same time and both mouthed Naya? The intro of I hate you don’t leave me was playing and then Naya came on stage. The crowd cheered and Naya and Demi sang it as a duet, when the song was over, they both thanked the audience and left the stage. The crowd screamed for more and finally they came back singing The way I are from Timbaland. After that, it was really over, we stayed a little while, waiting until it was less crowded and finally went outside the arena, both smiling like there was no tomorrow.
