(Chapter 6) Dorm

After the long 4 months of staying in the same bed, I was finally able to go out. Now is the day of my discharge and everyone is waiting for me.

I can't really say that I'm fully recovered but I can tell you I'm better now.

I checked myself in the mirror for the last time before going out with the clothes the girls bought me.

As I went out of the restroom everybody stared at me teary-eyed.

"You know honey, I can't explain how happy I am seeing you in normal clothes." My mom said as she hugged me with tears slightly falling from her eyes.

She then let me go as she made way to the person who was looking at me for a long time now. I extend my arms initiating a hug.

Minnie seemed troubled but eventually gave me a long hug. Practically long enough for the members to tell her to get off me.

We rode to the I-dle dorm with their van. They also introduced me to their manager and other staff.

We arrived at their dorm around noon. Everybody helped me with my stuff and since there wasn't much any way we finished it fast.

"Let's watch a movie!" Shuhua exclaimed as she sat on the sofa.

"Sure, what should we watch? Horror?" I said replying excitedly.

"You sure about that Mira?" Minnie said with a questioning look.

The other members were surprised by my suggestion too.

"Why, what's wrong?" I asked confused.

"You may not remember, but you're a scaredy-cat you can't even let a horror movie start without hiding behind something or someone," Minnie said chuckling at her remark.

Looks like this Mira is easily scared, but Han Seulri is not a scaredy-cat.

"It's okay Eonni, I can handle a simple movie," I said confidently said.

To my demise, I was extremely scared as hell while watching the movie. It's just Anabelle but I kept getting chills and I felt like hiding every time there was a jump scare.

We were halfway through the movie when Minnie wrapped her arms around me enabling me to hide by her shoulder.

"I told you, you're a scaredy-cat." She whispered to me and chuckled.

I guess this new body of mine reacts differently from the original me because I was like an iron man against horror movies, I wasn't really that scared of them as Han Seulri.

A jump scare came up again causing me to hug Minnie in fright. I just heard her chuckle at my actions. She tightened her hold on me as she felt me being scared.

Luckily the lights were off or I would be very embarrassed by how I'm acting right now.

I was busy hiding that I forgot the fact that I was actually in Minnie's embrace. She held me like a teddy bear, it was soft but tender.

"Hey, it's already over," Minnie whispered to me.

I lifted my head from her shoulders only to see that the movie already has moved to the credits.

"Oh, I didn't notice." I removed my hands from her as I spoke. Something suddenly hit me as I let go of her. It was a sudden flash in my memory, causing me to flinch a little.

Why does this feel familiar? Is this de Ja Vu?

It was already dinner time when the movie finished. Everybody is now in the kitchen thinking of what to eat.
