(Chapter 19) What was seen

It's Sunday today so some of the members are here. Shuhua asked me to join her in her movie marathon so I just sat on the sofa with Haku and Mata with us.

A few hours into the movie Yuqi came in with a bucket of popcorn in her hands.

"Can I have one?" Shuhua turned her head to the munching Yuqi.

She snickered jokingly but eventually gave the Maknae some.

"What boring thing are you guys watching again?" Yuqi hands me some popcorn.

"It's a romance Netflix film." I replied.

"Ah, as I said, it is boring." She said but still sat comfortably on the couch.

"C'mon let's watch some action films." Yuqi grabbed the remote but was stopped by the glaring Shuhua who would fight for it.

She let go knowing they will both of them will end up arguing if she teases Shuhua again.

We played a 2 hour romance movie and we were half way though when there was a scene where the protagonist was blackmailed for some photos that was not supposed to be released.

"That's very unrealistic." Yuqi complained again making Shuhua glare at her.

"Well in real life you can just tell them to the police or something." Yuqi said with her taunting actions to the younger.

I just laughed at their bickering, it's the normal thing in the dorm right now as I always see the two fight over little stuff but always be in each other's side.

They continued their hectic conversation about which genre is better until somebody called Yuqi's phone.

"Yah! Turn on the TV or check your phone, Minnie is tending number one on the charts." Areun said in the other line which is what only Yuqi heard.

Yuqi who was startled by the call immediately picked up the remote and played the first video she found with Minnie's thumbnail.

I was confused by her actions too, Shuhua was about to get mad at her but froze as she saw the picture on the screen.

This picture shows the Thai idol on a garden with a mysterious person whom she kissed on the forehead. Fans are now battling on the fact and by the hour of it's release she had been the top one on all research platforms.

Shuhua was shocked by the news and immediately turned her head to me.

"That's you, isn't it?" She asked with worry plastered on her face.

I nodded to her statement.

"Here's another one." Yuqi didn't really react to it but took the remote again and clicked on the video.

Netizens are branding her to leave the group for some reasons; telling her to just leave the group for she can cause the group to a slump. Most comments were in regards to the idols sexuality and is receiving many oppositions.

After hearing the news, I didn't know how to react too. This all happened because of me. Now Minnie's receiving all this hate because of me.
