30. Thief

The thief was riding on a cloud and went through the wall then Asta and Y/n followed.

"He's sure got some nerve to steal in front of Magic Knights." Noelle said helping the old lady stand up. "Indeed, I'm sure we can just leave it to those kids." Vanessa said. "I'm counting on you guys." the old lady said. Sekke appeared, "I'm not going to let you take all the limelight, Asta! Y/n! Bronze Creation Magic, Sekke's Shooting Star!" he exclaimed on his ride.

"Lame!" Vanessa exclaimed.

"Gross!" Noelle exclaimed.

"Leave this to me. You lovely ladies and that old lady can just sit back and wait. I will also save that girl with Asta." He winked then blew a kiss at them.

"So dirty!" Noelle exclaimed moving out of the way.

"No!" Vanessa exclaimed moving out of the way too.

Sekke then went through the wall.

Y/n's mind: *shivers* Why do I feel weird all of a sudden?

"Y/n, you okay?" Asta shouted while running with her. "Yah, I am, don't worry. Keep going!" Y/n exclaimed then Asta nodded.

"Stop right there!" Asta exclaimed at the thief.

"Try and catch me if you can." The thief said.

"Stop there!" Y/n shouted.

Thief's mind: They're fast....A girl can be that fast too?

The thief increased his speed but Y/n and Asta were able ton catch up to him. "Stop!" Asta shouted. The thief knocked on a person's window then the window opened, "Yes?" the owner of the house said. "Wait....ASTA!" Y/n exclaimed. Asta got hit by the window, "Sorry!" Asta exclaimed.

Y/n's mind: That thief...

"I finally got rid of him." The thied stopped in his tracks. Asta and Y/n appeared, "It's not over yet!" they both exclaimed together.

Y/n's mind: When did I start saying that?

The thief continued, "They're so persistent!". The thief started yelling and went through a bunch of hays on a wooden cart and got covered in them. "I can't see!" he exclaimed. Asta jumped on strings that were tied up from window to window and ended up on a roof then started running while Y/n just decided to jump on the cart full of hays then walls of the houses and ended up on a roof then started running towards the thief.

"I won't let you get away!" Asta exclaimed. "How are they catching up to me when they're only running?" the thief asked himself. "This is not going to end...Asta we have to do something about the cloud." Y/n said then Asta nodded. "It's a cloud created by magic so I'm going to throw you." Y/n said opening her grimoire. "WAIT! THROW ME?!" Asta shouted while running.

"Here I go!" Y/n got her Light Judgement Whip and wrapped it around Atsa's body then threw him towards the thief. "AHHHHHHHHH! KOWAI! KOWAI! KOWAI!" Asta shouted. "Do you really think you can cut through my Bandit's Cloud Wind-" Asta was able to cut through the thief's cloud and it disappeared.

Thief's mind: W-what?

The thief was able to land on his feet, "You're not getting away!" Asta exclaimed. Sekke appeared going towards the thief.

Y/n's mind: Why is here?

"Haha?" Asta asked.

Sekke's mind: I'm taking the credit!

Y/n's mind: Oh no you don't!

"Light Judgement Whip!" Y/n exclaimed and was able to get the thief away from Sekke. "Hey what was that for young lady?" Sekke yelled then got hit by a wall. "We both got him first you s**t-faced liar." Y/n said. Sekke turned pale, "You okay, Haha?" Asta asked. "It's Sekke! Not Haha!" He shouted.
