34. Yuno's First Mission #4

(Outside of the church)

"Yuno! Y/n!" one of the kids exclaimed. "What happened?" Father Orsi asked. "Where's Sister Lily?" Nash asked. Klaus got something from the ground and the enemies who were wearing weird necklaces with a skull brooch came to his mind. "Sister Lily...." Y/n fell to the ground. "That brooch, it's the same men who came after Salim." Klaus said. "How could this happen? I see it now, Sister Lily was wearing my robe. They must have mistaken her for me and grabbed her!" Salim then fell onto the ground.

Y/n's mind: Something is off about him...*glares*

"Yes, that must be what happened." Salim said. "Will Sister Lily be okay? Will she, Yuno?" A little girl hugged Yuno's leg. "Y/n...." Recca said after looking at her horrible state then she walked towards Y/n. "Don't worry, I'll save her." Yuno said. "I'm coming with you!" Y/n exclaimed.

"No, stay here with them." Yuno said. "I want to go!" Y/n exclaimed. "Yuno! Y/n! I'm going too!" Father Orsi exclaimed swinging his broomstick. "Me too!" Recca exclaimed. "And me!" Nash exclaimed. "No, everyone will stay here. I'll be fine on my own." Yuno said getting his broom stick.

"I'm going with you." Y/n said seriously. "No Y-". "I said I'm going with you and that's final." Y/n cut Yuno off then Yuno sighed. "You know, you guys act like a couple." Recca smirked. "We are not!" Y/n exclaimed. "But you guys are blushing." Nash smirked. "We are n-not blushing.." Y/n and Yuno looked away clearly blushing.

"Enough about us, we need to go." Y/n became serious. Y/n and Yuno were about to leave until Klaus spoke up, "Wait, Our mission is to protect Salim. The enemy could attack again. *pushes glasses up* We must leave right away." Klaus told Yuno.

"You can't..." (Father Orsi)

"But Sister Lily..." (Recca)

"Hey, Four Eyes!" (Nash)

"Who did you call Four Eyes?" Klaus shouted. "He meant you..." Y/n glared. "Four-" Mimosa stopped knowing what she was about to say, "Klaus-san....". "Mimosa, don't interrupt. Yuno, I am worried about Sister Lily too, but we'll have to let the local patrol handle this. We need to set out immediately." Klaus said opening his grimoire and their ride appeared. "Get on, Salim, Yuno and Mimosa." Klaus said. "Yes sir." Mimosa said sadly.

"Hey, Four Eyes!" Y/n exclaimed. "Stop calling m-" "You can't choose for Yuno! So what if you're on a mission? Look, family is a different case you jerk, we are willing to give up our work for them." Y/n said clearly mad. "Hey, Yuno!" Klaus exclaimed. "I'm not leaving." Yuno said. "You need to complete the mission, insubordination will be punished." Klaus said. "Nevertheless, I must save her." Yuno said then left. "Yuno!" Klaus exclaimed.

"That's your answer." Y/n said then followed Yuno.

"Tch, such insolence." Klaus said.

Yuno and Y/n were looking around then they saw a man on the ground. "You seem to have confused bravery with recklessness. Oh looks you have a companion, Yuno." The man said.

"You know my name?" Yuno asked. "Looks like he doesn't know me." Y/n smirked.

The man opened his grimoire, "I'll teach you." he then casted a spell which he used the ground to attack Yuno and Y/n but they were able to dodge them all. Yuno opened his grimoire, "Towering Tornado.", he used his tornado to send all of the rocks on the ground flying towards him. "What?" The man was surprised, he got hit by Yuno's attack and fell unconscious. "One down." Yuno said. "I will bind him with my Dark Magic. Go ahead, I will catch up later." Y/n said. "It won't even take you long to bind a person." Yuno said. "I need to make sure that he won't wake up too you know, also I have to hide him just incase one of friends will break my Dark Bind." Y/n said. "I will just wait." Yuno looked away.

Y/n's mind: Jeez...*sighs*

"Four to go, right?" Y/n asked then Yuno nodded.

(After binding and hiding the unconscious body behind a broken wall)

"Let's go." Yuno said then Y/n followed him.

Yuno and Y/n were walking, looking for the other four enemies but they were caught in a trap. Yuno was inside a wall barrier while Y/n was caught in box that had weird writings around it. "I won't take your life, but I have to at least teach you a lesson. The lady here is trapped in a box wherein she will be able to get out of there if she has weak magic. We casted this spell because she looked suspicious plus we can tell if she's powerful of not." The man said behind Yuno. "Y/n, try!" Yuno exclaimed. "But you...". "Go!" Yuno exclaimed then Y/n just sighed knowing that the conversation would go on over and over. Y/n was about to walk through the barrier but then the barrier attacked her so that she will go backwards.

Yuno's mind: As expected....*sighs*

"Yuno, just beat his ass up, don't mind me." Y/n said. "Okay..." Yuno said.

"Hey, I was your target all along, so don't involve her." Yuno said. The man laughed, "You're pretty sharp but I can't let her go, she has powerful magic which will be troublesome for us." he said. "Take this!" The man exclaimed and caused the water barrier around Yuno to turn into a water ball. "Yuno!" Y/n exclaimed.

"Not so fun, is it? Now, drown!" The man exclaimed. "Is this supposed to drown me?" Yuno asked with his Wind Magic surrounding him. "How?" The man asked in shock. Yuno then used his wind magic to get out of the water ball.

"If anyone's going to drown...It's you!" Yuno exclaimed, he used his Wind Magic to manipulate the water ball and sent it towards the man then he fell unconscious. "That's two. Hey Y/n, at least have some faith in me." Yuno looked at Y/n still trapped.

"Sorry, you're still a kid to me." Y/n smiled. "Oi, I'm your b-boyfriend..." Yuno stuttered. "But you're still a kid to me no matter what hehehe. Looks like this wasn't casted by a person, this is from a magic object." Y/n said. "I have to get you out of there." Yuno said using his Wind Magic attacking the box. "Towering Tornado! Swift White Hawk! Wind Blades Shower!" Yuno kept casting spells which made him tired. "Yuno, get back." Y/n said then Yuno nodded.

Y/n then opened her grimoire and saw another spell was written which put her in shock. "Looks like I have no choice..." Y/n said then casted a spell which was to unseal. "You have Sealing Magic?" Yuno asked in surprise. "Nope, it just appeared but then it disappeared..." Y/n said. "Forget about me, let's go." Y/n said then Yuno nodded.
