I'm sorry it's 3 am- I've had too many Monsters, and I have work at 9 in the morning. I know half the stuff is incomprehensible- and auto correct is carrying me along the way. Y/n is lowkey super op, but it's okay. I hope you enjoy the chapter, I hope I get some sleep. Love you all ❤️

Everyone's fight passed in a blur.

Back in your normal clothes, you could only watch, mind going elsewhere on almost every fight. You were too stressed about what had happened between you and Kacchan, and the fight that was about to occur. It was going to be destructive, that's something you knew and resented. You both were destructive and had anger issues, ones which you could easily hide and out away, but like earlier, came out.

It's been a while since I've yelled at him...

Whether you or he won, there was going to be conflict between you both. Obsessively competitive, if he lost, he'd start seeing you as a threat, and your relationship would crumble. If you lost, you'd lose confidence in yourself, and see him as the reason or source of it.

A test of our unstable friendship.

Perfect, I'm not even looking forward to the fight anymore.

Staring at the stadium, the only fight you paid attention to was the one where Shinso And Izuku were against each other. You wish you could support one of them, but they were both good friends of yours, even though you had stuck around with Izuku longer. You were surprised to see Izuku break through the boys brainwash, but after that it wasn't even much of a fight to see who'd win.

If only Shinso had more combat experience...

Before long it was your fight, the last one for the first matches. Sitting up from your seat, you sucked a deep breath in, the others giving you worried looks as you left. Heading down to the waiting area, you could feel your heart beating out of your chest.

Y/n, calm down...

You saw a figure at the waiting area, and approaching you were surprised to see Shinso, glancing at you. He still had his head slightly tousled from the previous fight, a little scratch on his face.

"Shinso!" You said, brightening up at the sight of him. You reached a hand once you were close enough to touch the scratch on his cheek, narrowing your eyes. "Why'd you come here?"

Giving you a plain expression, he raised an eyebrow. "I thought it'd be obvious, it's to wish you good luck. That friend of yours... from what I've seen, he can be quite chaotic, no?" You could see a tint of resentment in his eyes, based on his quirk you could only guess.

"Some people have the best quirks given to them, they don't even need to work at all to get good."

Remembering his words from a long time ago, you gave him a reassuring smile. "Ah, he is quite a handful, but I've known him for a while. The fight will be chaotic..."

"Just promise me you'll minimize the injuries."

Staring at him, you weren't exactly sure if you could promise to that, but with a sigh you nodded. "Fine, I promise, I won't end up that injured." You gave him a teasing smile.

Slightly leaning down to reach your head level, he brushed your hair away from your forehead, pressing a soft kiss on your forehead as you tensed. "W-what was that for?" Your face was bright red, and you took a step away, putting your hands to your forehead.

"It's for good luck," he stated blankly, and even though he looked emotionless, you could see the amusement in his eyes. "Good luck Y/n."

And then he left.
