Stronger (Bakugo x Reader x Deku)

"Go!"

It didn't take too long for everyone to make their move, and you skillfully watched as everyone either turned on each other or headed towards you and your group. Expecting this, you grounded your feet into the ground. "Uraraka! Go!"

Everyone's grip tightened, and you soon felt weightless, holding a hand out as Cobalt appeared in your hand. As one of the teams approached, you waited a tad later, seeing a empty spot as you swished your hand, watched as Cobalt flew in that direction, digging itself into the stadium border material. "Get ready!" You yelled, and you were off.

All four of you of you had your feet off the ground, the recoil of Cobalt sending you speedily into the border of the stadium, and the weightless sense making you even faster.

Bracing the landing with a foot, you leaned against Izuku a tad, taking all the impact into the border and leaning your legs on the border itself before sliding back to the floor.

Ouch...

Glancing back, you noticed how it had worked, the teams now confused and turning on each other. That's right, if you still had openings every time, your group would win with ease.

I can't underestimate everyone's quirks though... there's a series of them that I don't even know yet.

As expected, there were still a few groups who went for you, but you managed to dodge, pulling that same trick a few more times, even though your knees were mentally and physically dying. Taking all the impact off of all of them was harsh on your legs.

If it came to last resorts, Tokoyami would use his dark shadow to fend them off.

Holy- this is actually a good group.

This system continued on for the majority of event, that is, until Todoroki managed to surround you all with ice, and you had no way out. Circling around, you let Cobalt disappear, unsure of what to do. Unless you summoned one of your actual scythes, you couldn't do anything but support your team.

Ugh, I hate being this useless.

Circling around went on for about a few minutes, and beginning to observe everything, you knew they'd make a move soon. Summoning Cobalt back in your hand, you flung it to the side, sighing itself into a piece of ice as everyone was distracted.

I'll consider it our escape plan.

"One minute left!"

That's when they made their move.

Faster than you anticipated, Iida was boosting them forwards, giving you all almost no time to react. You yourself were surprised at his speed, you'd seen his general boost, but this was faster, different.

Everyone's been training.

Grip tightening on Cobalt, you let a smirk play on your lips as they rushed.

But so have I.

And just like that, the wavy string like weapon reeled you back to the blade faster than ever, and you only got to get a quick yell beforehand so that they'd expect it. "Hold on!"

That's how you ended up bracing all the impact once again, but this time unprepared, scraping your arm on a bit of Todoroki's ice. With a grunt, you turned back to the other team who stared at you all wide eyed. Patting your shoulder, you could hear the grin in Izuku's face. "Nice one Y/n!"

"Ten seconds!!"

The distance between your team and Todoroki's was too much, but you stared as they rushed at Izuku, eyes wide as they tried to reach for the headband, your heart thumped when they touched the tip.
