Chapter 6 - Lucky

As Aang had just finished his workout, he wanted to see if Katara was free, so he walked to her dorm, only to find out Zuko had been in there, he gave him a glare as he walked out and went in

"Soo...Zuko paid you a visit huh?" said Aang crossing his arms

he knew Zuko was confused but he didn't how much

"he was here to.....catch up" Katara said lying

She wasn't ready to tell him, in fear of disagreements and fights 

"ok..." Aang replied suspiciously 

"so..do you want to run with me tomorrow i have a lot of my mind" said Aang putting his hand on Katara's desk

"sure! i love too" said Katara kissing Aang

"Great this it's settled after school, see you sweetie" said Aang kissing back

they both finished and waved a goodbye, Aang went back to his dorm to see Zuko with a greed but ignored it and washed up and got ready for bed and without knowing Zuko asked Iroh to have a competition, a play, so people would be more "fun" for seniors since it was there last year but it was a lie so he could get closer to Katara, it was his plan.

The next morning arrived and the gang got ready for the class they all had together, English and as the teacher arrived, he had introduced that there will be a competition with any play of their choice to get a chance to win a mystery prise

"pssssst.....we have to get that mystery prise" whispered Sokka to Aang

"And you can get into groups of 6 and each person will have a role, one person could even be the actor! and the rest could be stage crew for example!" explained the teacher 

After explaining everything the teacher let the class get into groups and go to the library to pick a play, of course Toph, Sokka, Katara, Aang, Suki and Zuko were together, but as always Zuko had another trick up his sleeve.

"oh! I know what we should do...the Blue spirit and the painted lady!" exclaimed Zuko

"i like the idea and it very touching....we will do it" Sokka agreed

"but who's going to play the part and who's role is who genius" Toph yanked Sokka T-shirt 

"simple i can be the blue spirit and Katara can be the painted lady, she does look like her!" said Zuko

Aang looked at Katara to tell him no but Katara didn't get the message

"it's fine" Katara patted on Aangs shoulder

Aang didn't know that Zuko go that far but the game was already set and

Soon after they sorted the roles

Zuko - the blue spirit

Katara - the painted lady

Toph - background manager

Suki - prop and cloths manager

Sokka - director

and Aang was makeup artist  

And soon enough they came up with a something to present

"WHAT! b-but they kiss at the end!" shouted Aang

"chill first i have a mask, second...oh! Katara at the end can cover us with a hat" Zuko said excited

"Aang we're just friends" Katara patted on Aang's shoulder

"Anyways! that's a wrap guys time to go to lunch and eat" exclaimed Sokka

Sokka took Suki's hand and Toph trailed behind them

Aang, Zuko and Katara were left to clean up and Aang glared at Zuko talking to Katara the whole time 

(who does he think he is) Aang thought while crossing his hands

After the gang ate and school was over Katara and Aang went to change in their sport cloths. Katara wore a Nike singlet and tucked it in with her Nike sport pants with Runnings shoes and tied her hair and had hair loops  and for Aang a Nike sport's singlet and pants. And when there were done, Katara saw Aang standing outside and waiting for her.

"ready to go ~" Aang kissed Katara's hand 

"hehe yes" Katara kissed Aang's cheek 

"though before we start i have to tell you i am very fast, fast as the wind" winked Aang

"oh yea? let's see about that" Katara winked 

The two went running and went they huffed out they went to get ice cream and sat down at the beach chairs 

"still worried about the play?" questioned Katara

"yea, Zuko...i don't know, he confronted me  and....nevermind" Aang said

"what? what did he say?" Katara said worried

"oh nothing, let's just enjoy the view" Aang put his hand on Katara

Aang thought (he just lucky)
