Chapter 26 - When We Were Little

When Aang unzipped the entrance to the tent he saw Katara kneeling down upset

"sweetie?" Aang called softly to Katara

"what, what do you want" Katara said angrily

Aang hugged her from behind her an she pretended not to blush

"i'm sorry Katara but Toph does have a point-"

"ohhhh i see, you are still siding with Toph and here i thought you came here because u sided with me" Katara grabbed Aang's hand off 

"well she did bring herself here and food, don't worry about her, she will just...miss out of all the good stuff we got" Aang winked while shifting in front of Katara's face

Katara thought for a minute and agreed and hugged Aang. Katara kissed his forehead and they kissed. Meanwhile Suki was lecturing Toph to help after realising she lied and didn't have food and begged her to bring her food without the other's knowledge 

"Toph! you always lie! now you want food! you know what get your own food" Suki walked away

Toph pulled a tongue to her and went to a nearby food store and all the food stores were bad and Toph was a very picky eater.

Sokka and Zuko were talking with sticks when they came to Suki crossing her arms as well as Katara and Aang putting a arm over Katara's shoulder.

"um, where's Toph?" Zuko raised a eyebrow 

"well that liar is getting food by herself" Suki grabbed the sticks of Sokka 

Katara was confused

"what liar?" Katara uncrossed her arms

"well when she said she brought food, she lied and asked me to sneak food to her" Suki said 

Katara hearing this snapped and looked away angrily while Aang try to help Zuko

The gang then got up and helped while Toph pulled a tongue to every nearby food shop she laid eyes on when finally she got really hungry and went back to the camp where the gang was eating foods  Toph licked her mouth to

"well looked who joined" Katara ate her food in front of her making Toph guilty

"look i am sorry i lied and i will like to eat with you and from now on will help" Toph said making a promise to them

Katara and Suki looked at each other and let Toph sit down to eat and told stories about when they were little and laughed to it and when it hit 10 they went to their tents while Katara went to the beautiful river with a rainfall and bathed in her swimsuit while Aang joined her

"what are you thinking about?" Aang sat next to her

"talking about childhood is making me...think of what we did when we were little" Katara looked at the glistening night sky

"i remember for a fact we went penguin sledding" Aang looked at the sky

Katara giggled 

"yay i told you no but i gave in and it was fun" Katara smiled

"but that was the day you...left" Katara looked down gloomily 

"Katara you know i will never leave you again!" Aang gestured her to put her head up 

"i don't know Aang, when you went to get Gyasto you almost died if we haven't have reached you" Katara cried

Aang looked at her, wiped her tears and kissed her making her feel comfort

"Katara...don't worry about the times i departed but the times when we were little and together..." Aang smiled

Katara nodded and the lovers went back to their tent to cuddle

A week later they went back to their dorms and was stressed and 1 term had pasted as normal until Jet had been more annoying to Katara and gesturing her to break up with Aang because he thought that she still had "feelings for him" and when he started to do it all day and make it a habit when Aang was gone she had to gesture Jet to stop, for good. So the day he did it again she decided to lean in closer to him

" Oh my god Jet you are so hot" Katara yelled smiling 

" yea i am....so does that mean Katara...you love me now ~" Jet groomed her hair

Katara looked at him and had enough

"Take. 

a. 

god. 

damn. 

HINT!" Katara slapped him
