Chapter 13 - Comfort

The next day Aang awoke to Katara laying her head on Aang's lap along with Suki and Toph sleeping on Zuko's and Sokka's desk

"w-what happened" said Aang rubbing his eyes

Katara woke up

"Aang! your awake!" said Katara hugging Aang 

Aang hugged back and repeated the question and the gang woke up

"oh! Aang! your awake...um...we came to save you from the boiling rock remember?" Suki said

"oh yea...i remember" Aang looked down

"what happened there twinkle toes?" Toph asked putting her feet on the table 

"yea what happened?" Sokka added

"well as i tryed to look for Gyasto...i got caught and they beat me up for doing so, as a punishment, first it was a whip on the side of my chest...wait...speaking of Gyasto where is he?" Aang questioned

"don't worry Zuko found him for you and tried to tell you but you were gone...you can visit him today! but you need to be supervised that cut you have there is very sensitive Aang" gestured Katara

Aang looked at Zuko and thanked him and he gestured back don't worry about it. The gang all came to Aang to hug him but after that they had to go to class but Katara stayed and called in "sick" for the day and drove to Iroh's house. As they arrived they knocked on the door and sure enough Gyasto appeared and Aang hugged him so tight without question and after that Katara finally introduced herself properly and Gyasto invited the two to sit and have tea and talk about how they have been.

"Gyasto i had so much to tell you about my girlfriend and how i been going!" Aang said excitedly

"do tell" Gyasto gestured

and they spent the evening talking till they had to head back and Aang hugged Gyasto tightly and waved. Aang then hopped in the car with Katara and they both went to eat at a restaurant and when they sat down they chatted

"Aang are you sure it is safe for Gyasto to stay with Iroh till he finds a safe place?" questioned Katara

"of course and no one would suspect it and now i have to confirm to the police that Gyasto is found" Aang said pulling his phone

"no! don't!" Katara stopped Aang

"why?" Aang questioned

"because i dunno the boiling rock guards are tracking him and if you send his ok, they know his safe with his family and they will start looking for him! just don't do it and say he is still escaping!" said Katara putting her hand on Aang

"that makes sense...ok Katara i won't" Aang smiled at her

After dinner, the two drove back to their dorms and Katara made sure to stay with Aang till he sleep but on this night he couldn't sleep, after what Katara said maybe they ARE tracking him..he had to clear his mind and walked to the beach to think but trying to be quiet Katara heard and followed him to the beach where she slept on his shoulders and noticing how cute she was for 2 minutes he swiftly took her off her feet and took her back to her dorm where Suki said "thanks" for bringing her back and Aang tucking her in

"have sweet dreams sweetie i love you" Aang kissed Katara on her forehead

Then as he went back to his dorm he finally was able to have some shut eye and slept. The next day the gang met at the table at lunch 

"guys there's something important i have to say-"

"HEY YOU COME HERE WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE" a guard shouted
