Chapter 18 - Flying

"really? where?" Aang wondered

"Ba Sing Se" Zuko said

"Suki!!" Sokka said with puppy doll eyes

Toph can feel him feeling happy and was jealous, she thought he really didn't mean with he said nights ago

"but i'm kinda broke right now..." Katara rubbed her neck

"That's ok! i booked 5 star hotels and payed for everything, let's just say being the fire lord's son has his ways ~" Zuko winked

the gang laughed and went to their dorms to pack up their stuff and went to the airport and went first class to Ba Sing Se. And Aang  and Katara wore matching shirts and jeans, along with Converse shoes in a pattern of a race car's flag. While Sokka was next to Toph, Aang sat next to Katara and Zuko had a private room on the plane all for himself.

"sure it nice Zuko got us first class!" Katara said leaning on Aang

"if you ask me i think Zuko should of got us those private rooms!" Sokka interpreted

"don't be spoiled Sokka!" Katara shoved Sokka's face back

"don't worry about him Aang" Katara turned to Aang

"no problem Katara" Aang kissed Katara

Sokka and Toph feeling and seeing it both said 

"Oogies"

Then as they finishing kissing, Aang gestured for them to listen to music and they did and when they plugged it in, it played a sweet love song and they both lay on each other's shoulders

Two hours passed and the flight attendant served the row behind Sokka and Toph and Aang heard and woke up and without waking up Katara he slightly took out the earphones and when the flight attendant reached them, Aang knew her favourite meal and with luck they had it and Aang just took noodles with no meat and Katara's favourite meal, then he ordered drinks to go along with it. The after the flight  attendant left, the shuffling woke her up

"what happen s-sweetie?" Katara eyes started to focus

"nothing, just ordered our food" Aang whispered

"what did you order" Katara rested her head on his shoulder 

"just some seafood noodles for you...and water..." Aang put his hand on her head

"thank..you.." Katara squeezed Aang 

To see that Aang smiled, on the other hand, Sokka was playing a board game with Toph but badly losing massive money to her.

30 minutes past and the food arrived and Sokka could be heard in the background eating his roast duck. While Aang and Katara watched the screen in front of him eating their food

"Aang what do you want to do when we get there?" Katara asked

"probably...go to the theme parks!" Aang smiled

"That's sounds like a great idea! i will look up the funniest theme park there" Katara jumped up excited 

Aang loved it when she was excited so he kissed her which to her surprise she kissed back, they kissed and when they broke of they blushed and finished eating. Then Katara excused herself to the toilet to fix her hair and Sokka came up to Aang

"look i don't mind you with Katara but you kiss to much" Sokka said

"what are you saying?" Aang said confused

"i'm back Aang, how do i look?" Katara asked

she had a half up and half down hair style which made Aang blush red and when she sat down he pulled him and kissed him and as Sokka watched and leaned back to his seat, he said

"Oogies"

Then hours later the plane landed and the gang went out.  And when they went out, they took a taxi to the hotel and when they arrived, their mouths dropped

"wow...Zuko you didn't-" Katara said

"it's ok Katara...it's the least i can do...you are my...friend" Zuko said rubbing his neck.

The gang got to the lobby and lined up to get their cards and agreed to meet at the lobby at 6, And when Aang got his card he motioned Katara to go to elevator and when they got up they walked to the elevator

"what floor are we on" Katara said putting her head on Aang's shoulder

"uh....floor 60" Aang smiled

the two held hands and when the elevator came, they went to their room and the both unpacked together (mostly Katara because Aang was confused how to sort everything out). Then after Aang got ready and after Katara got ready but seeing the time was early they went to go shopping, when they went, Katara went on a shopping spree while Aang was carrying everything and after several hours (it felt like several hours to Aang) they went back

"Katara i thought you said that you were broke but yet you manage to buy a whole store" Aang teased

"a girl has her ways ~" Katara winked as she held on to Aang's arms
