Third Person

zach and brinnley had finally gotten to zach's surprise. brinnley had begged zach to tell her what it was the whole car ride but he always responded with a simple no with a grin on his face, which brinnley hated more than anything.

once zach parked the car the two got out and got some stuff out that zach had packed out of the trunk of his car.

"the beach? what are we doing here?" brinnley asked him.

"nope the surprise hasn't even started yet so i cant tell you that" zach explained causing brinnley to groan.

"i hate you, surprises, but you are lucky i like the beach buster" brinnley said as zach closed the trunk chuckling.

the two started to walk towards the sand before brinnley suddenly stopped. zach turned to look at her confused.

"what? did you hurt yourself? why are you looking like that?" he asked concerned.

"i don't have a bathing suit, how am i supposed to swim?" brinnley realized all sad. zach sighed a breath of relief.

"oh my god don't do that. i thought something happened. i have a bathing suit for you don't worry" he said as he continued to walk.

brinnley nodded and caught up to him until it dawned on her. "wait why do you have a bathing suit for me?"

zach didn't even answer her, but just as brinnley was going to ask again she stopped when she saw a bunch of her friends lined up.

"SURPRISE" they all yelled. evelyn, amara, tate, christina, jack, corbyn, jonah, and daniel, were all there. "happy early birthday!!"

"we know your birthday is tomorrow but it wouldn't be much of a surprise if we did it on your birthday because you always know" amara said.

"and we all thought it would be a good idea to celebrate your birthday right at midnight and do a little countdown" evelyn told her.

brinnley stood there shocked for a minute but it soon turned into a goofy grin and she gave evelyn and amara a huge hug. when they pulled away her eyes landed on the why don't we boys who were smiling.

"HOLY SHIT YOU GUYS ARE HERE TOO" she said as she ran up to the five and gave them a group hug. this was the first time they were meeting one another.

"it's so great to finally meet you" jack said to her as they released from the hug.

"um hi we're here also, do we get a hug?" christina said from behind her. brinnley looked at christina and tate and basically attacked the two of them.

"oh my god, uh hi" brinnley said squeezing the two causing them to laugh but hug her back just as tight. once the girls let go brinnley noticed the cute little set up they all made for her.

it was a cute picnic type set up with a bonfire and with food, drinks, pillows, and blankets. she awed as she saw it and walked over to it.

"you guyssss, this is so cuteee" brinnley said. "thank you so much"

"well don't thank all of us this was mostly zach" daniel said. "he came up with basically everything"

brinnley looked at zach who had gotten all shy. brinnley walked over to him and gave him a hug. "thank you zach"

"oh it was nothing" he responded as they pulled away from the hug.

"dude you stayed up almost all night with this" corbyn said causing zach to hit him on the shoulder as brinnley giggled.
