It's Saturday morning. It was time to go to Hogsmeade with Draco. My friends stayed behind to find more information on the thieves.
Hermione-"Y/N...do you think you can maybe ask Malfoy how much he knows?"
Y/N-"Well I suppose I could but, what if he gets upset like last time?"
Hermione-"Just go at it gently and if he does then change the subject"
Y/N-"Alright I'll try." Sometime after breakfast I was waiting with the group when I felt a tap on my shoulder.
Draco-"Hello darling."
Y/N-"Hiya"
Draco-"Right there love?"
Y/N-"I'm okay thanks, you?"
Draco-"I'm okay"
I didn't really know what to say. Usually talking to Draco came naturally to me but it was like there was nothing left to say.
Draco-"Where shall we go first?"
Y/N-" I uh...I guess I can go for some tea."
Draco-"Right, then Madam Puddifoots it is."
I nodded my head. Once we got to the village we went into the tea shop. We sat down.
Draco-"So how did you do on that quiz?"
Y/N-"I passed did you?"
Draco-"Yeah I passed."
Y/N-"You're welcome" I laughed.
Draco-"Thank you"
Y/N-"I'm sorry what was that? Say that again."
Draco-"Oh shut up you wish I'd say that again." He gave me a smile while mine slowly faded away.
Y/N-"Draco.."
Draco-"Hm?"
Y/N-"I'm going to ask you something but please don't get mad okay." He furrowed his brows and nodded. "Are you sure you don't know anything about your father and Clarisse Clermont?" He sighed.
Draco-"Well there is something but. I didn't know if I should tell you because I'm not certain"
Y/N-"Go on then."
Draco-"Well my father has been leaving and coming home late whenever I visit Malfoy manor. And whenever I'm around he's always whispering in his room. Clarisse has visited once when my mother was out and If I'm smart about it I won't be asking my father anytime soon. I have to be secretive about it all. Why do you ask?"
Y/N-"It's just. In the beginning Hogwarts seemed to take it all so seriously but now, it's as if it's never happened. What if Clarisse and your father are working together to make multiple people disappear?"
Draco-"I don't think we should be talking about this Y/N. Especially not here." He looked around making sure no one was listening.
Y/N-"Alright." My face went cold.
Dracos POV.
She looked down and her face was so plain but sad. I looked at her and I felt my heart beating out of my chest. I love her. I don't want to make her sad anymore but I'm too afraid to admit that I'm scared of what my father would to if I tried to stick my nose into his personal business.
Draco-" I...I'll try to get some more information." She looked up at me and smiled.
Y/N-"Thanks Draco"
Draco-"You're welcome"
Madam Puddifoot-"Sorry for the long wait dearies, what can I get you?"
Y/N-"Just tea please"
Draco-"Same"
Madam Puddifoot-"alrighty" As we waited for our tea, Draco was looking all around the room.
Draco-"Man this place is so girly"
Y/N-"Shush Draco that's rude."
Draco-"Oh come on Y/N you really like the decorations?"
Y/N-"I think it's sweet." I looked at her with my eyebrows raised and she let out a giggle. "Okay fine maybe it's a bit out there but the tea is good." Back to your POV.
Madam Puddifoots-"Here you are loves" she set out tea down and I blew on it. I took a sip and looked out at the snowy weather.
Y/N-"It's so pretty outside—-"
Draco-"I love you." I whipped my head around so fast and looked at him and I nearly choked on my tea.
Y/N-"Uhm...you...you what." It felt like my stomach fell out my butt.
Draco-"I love you Y/N" I took a breath. Butterflies were dancing around my body and I couldn't help but smile.
Y/N-"I love you too Draco" he smiled.
Draco-"Please come to dinner at my home"
Y/N-"Wha— at Malfoy manor?!" He shook his head. "I don't know Draco..I mean"
Draco-"Please."
Y/N-"It's just..."
Draco-"Come on!"
Y/N-"Don't push me Draco! I already said that I needed time to think and this isn't helping."
Draco-"You said you loved me but you still don't trust me? What more do you want.!?" I stood up and grabbed my jacket.
Y/N-"I wanna go." I threw some money on the table and walked out.
Draco-"Y/N wait!" He followed me outside. "I'm sorry please don't be mad." He grabbed my hand and I stood their for a second, then I let go.
Y/N-"You have to give me time." I turned to him and he looked down at me grabbing both of my hands.
Draco-"I know I'm sorry. Just please, don't be mad." I inhaled deeply. I knew that he was trying to make an effort and I appreciate it so much.
Y/N-"Okay. I'm not mad"
Draco-"Good" he gave me a smile and we went back to Hogwarts. When I got there I met up with my friends to talk about more information.
