Chapter Thirty-Three: The Truth

Two weeks passed, Draco and I haven't spoken to each other once. I keep telling Harry and Ron I need to use the bathroom during different times of the day, but I just sit in the stall and cry. Hermione understands, her and Ginny comfort me every now and then. It was time for potions class, I looked outside and all of the snow was nearly gone.
Snape was talking and I tried so hard to pay attention, but he's been talking for ages. I looked over at Draco and saw him passing notes to Charlotte, Pansy, and Blaise. I started to tear up just thinking about a memory from months ago. 
~Entering memory~
I finished my paper early so I decided to doodle when Draco passed me a note, (this conversation is between a note)
Draco-"What are you doing?"
Y/N-"Doodling." I wrote back.
Draco-"You done with the paper?"
Y/N-"Yes, are you?"
Draco-"Nearly finished, I'm just bored." I smirked to myself.
Y/N-"Focus Draco!!"
Draco-"I can't"
Y/N-"Why not?"
Draco-"Looking at you is distracting, and far better than writing. X" I looked at him, smiled and shook my head and he smiled and looked down.
Y/N-"Finish your paper Draco xx." I gave him the note as I got up to hand in my paper and I was excused to leave. I smiled at him on my way out.
~end of memory~
I missed doing that with him, passing notes, holding his hand..just being with him. I asked to go to the bathroom and Draco watched me walk out.
Draco's POV.
I miss her. As she walked by me I could smell her scent. It made me smile and I tried not to cry. I hate myself for doing this to her. I miss spending all of my time with her. I much rather be with her than sending notes to these vultures who are obsessed with me. I miss being alone with her in the woods, her getting scared and clinging onto me for protection. I just love her.

I pushed the door in so hard and looked at myself in the mirror. Every-time I came in here I think of our 'moments' together.  Think of his laugh and his messy hair. How he made me feel. This hurts to much I just want to make it all go away. I held my wand up to head.
Y/N-"Avad-.."
Hermione-"Y/N!! What are you doing!?" I started sobbing and fell to the ground. She started crying immediately and held me in her arms.
Y/N-"I just can't do it anymore." I said in between sobs.
Hermione-"It's okay everything is going to be okay.."She stroked my hair. It was clearly the end of class. She and I didn't go the the rest of our classes, we went back to our room and I told her how I was feeling.
Harry-"Hermione? Y/N? Where are you.."
hermione-"I'll be right back" Hermione saw my wand on the table and took it with her..just in case.
Ron-"Where were you guys?" I could hear Hermione explaining everything to them and they were crying with her. They all came up.
Harry-"Y/N." He and Ron pulled me in their arms.
Authors POV.
Once Y/N fell asleep they all got up to leave.
Harry-"Hermione, come down to the common room we need to tell you something."
Ron-"Harry? We're telling her?"
Harry-"Yes we have to."
Hermione-"Tell me what?"
Harry-"Come on." They headed down.
Ron-"Well..."
Hermione-"Oh for goodness sake Ronald what is it?"
Harry-"This may be all our fault."
Hermione-"What are you talking about?"
Ron-"We made a deal with Malfoy."
Hermione-"What? What deal.."
Harry-"Well Malfoy told us that his parents wanted him to kill Y/N, and then Clarisse Clermont stepped up to do it. We don't know when it will be..Malfoy thought that if he stayed with Y/N...he'd be putting her in danger because she'd be an easier target.." Hermione was speechless, for once Nothing came out of her mouth. She wanted to scream but it wasn't happening.
Ron-"He still doesn't even know why they all want her dead."
Y/N-"What." Everyone's heads shot up to look at Y/N standing there shaking.

Harry-"Y/N...I"
Y/N-"What is going on..what do you mean you made a deal?? Why do the Malfoys want me dead? Harry answer me." I was shaking, I was furious.
Harry-"We don't know...it was Malfoys idea to keep you safe."
Y/N-"No. no don't blame this all on him. You guys lied to me. And Hermione. Kept us in the dark when my life was on the line!!?? How could you three guys lie to me."
Ron-"But Y/N.."
I ran out with them following me, Fred, George and Ginny as well. I had my book and had clutched to me, I was hoping to go and study with Hermione but this...I barged into the Great Hall stomping over to Draco sitting at the table eating dinner, still in his Quidditch uniform from earlier.
Y/N-"How dare you!"
Draco-"Y/N..what are you-"
Y/N-"You lied to me!! You broke my heart and it wasn't even real how could you!" I was crying in front of everyone and by this point I didn't even care.
Draco-"Y/N I didn't want you to find out like this..please.." he went to grab my hand but I flinched away.
Y/N-"No. don't talk to me ever again. Any of you." I turned to Harry and Ron when saying that. I ran out of the great hall...Draco following me. I just ignored him and fell asleep as soon as I got to my room.
Draco's POV.
I can't believe she found out. I trusted Potter and his friends. How is she going to stay safe now? The entire room was looking at me standing there. I went to chase after her in the hall but she didn't listen to me. What have I done.
