Connors POV:
"Boys! I think Sam's here!" My mom yells.
At once all three of us come out of our rooms and file down the stairs. Were all pretty excited to finally meet her, but Toby's gotta be freaking out by now. After all, look at how much fun he had with her the other night, and he didn't exactly deny that he enjoyed himself...
We slip our shoes on and head outside to the driveway where a new RV is parked along the side. A guy, I'm guessing the driver, steps out and writes the time and everything down on a sheet of paper. My mom walks up to him and starts a conversation. After just a few seconds a car pulls up and he hops inside. He will be spending time in a hotel until we are ready to leave again.
When were almost to the bus, Sam walks down the stairs and hops off the last step. When she turns to face us, a smile is plastered on her face.
"Hey guys!!" She says.
"Hey!" We all say, but I carry on the conversation. "Your finally here!!" When I reach her I give her a hug and she gladly returns it. She hugs Riley as well and when she turns to Toby she says, "Hey Tobes nice to see you!"
Toby smiles and says,"same to you goldfish." And gives her a hug that lasts longer than mine or Riley's. Riley notices because he turns to me and winks.
The only reason for them to stop hugging is because my mom comes by and says,"Hello Sam! Its very nice to meet you! I've heard so many things about you from the boys here. And thank you for staying with us!"
"Well thank you for letting me! I wouldn't have minded sleeping in my bus though." She says still smiling. I swear this girl never stops smiling, but she shouldn't. I think her smile lightens up a room. Yep you heard me! I think she's pretty, but then again a lot of girls are pretty. And plus I wouldn't go and make a move on a girl like four years younger than me! I'll leave her to Toby anyway...
"Well let's get you settled in shall we? Boys I'm going to go fix us something to eat and you be the gentleman you are and help this young lady." My mom says and walks away smiling.
"Okay my good lady, where are your bags?"
**************************************
Sam's POV:
After bringing my bags inside Riley brings them upstairs and shows me my room. Its nicely decorated and feels comfortable just like the rest of the house. Its not too big so I don't feel like I'm on top of the world but I don't feel cramped either.
"Okay here we are," Riley says putting my bag on the bed. "Just call us if you need anything!" He says.
"Okay thanks Riley!" I say. He smiles at me and leaves to go back downstairs. Once I'm done, which doesn't take long, I head downstairs and find them in the living room watching my favorite movie.
"OH MY GOD THE HOBBIT!!" I scream and plop down beside Toby on the couch. "I LOVE THIS MOVIE!"
"You have good tastes then goldfish," toby says giving me a fist bump. "But obviously someone here doesn't..." He looks at Riley who is on his phone. He looks up and asks, "What? I just don't see what's so great about it."
Toby, Connor and I all tell him,"What!""What is wrong with you""you can't not love this movie!" And Connor adds in "you have issues then."
"Yeah. See we know what's amazing... Unlike you." Toby puts his arm around my shoulder pulling me closer, which causes a million butterflies to be released. "Don't forget about me! I'm a hobbit fan!" Connor says taking a seat next to us, or probably more like ON us. "This is where the cool kids sit." He says and we all make duck faces and peace signs.
"Okay..." Riley says. He snaps a picture on his phone and a minute later, I'm tagged in a picture on Instagram. But of course I'm too squished to go check it out. Thanks Connor. And plus I don't want to move since Toby's arm is still around me.
**************************************
After The Hobbit, we eat dinner and just talk about random things. "I feel as if we need to make a run to Starbucks..." Connor says to fill the silence. All three of them smile and look at me for approval.
"Oh yay, my first Starbucks in Florida!" I say smiling and clapping. We get up and grab our shoes. Connor pulls his car up and Riley quickly grabs the front seat after giving Toby a wink. Okayy...
Toby opens the back door saying,"After you my lady," and waves his hand. "Why thank you sir. I owe you one." I slide into the car and move over so Toby can sit beside me.
"Okay let's go get our cup of heaven!" Connor says and he pulls out of the driveway.
**************************************
Toby's POV:
After we get our drinks and hang out for awhile in Starbucks, we get back into the car. I'm still sitting in back with Sam and I know Connor and Riley did that on purpose, but I really don't mind.
"Okay we gotta grab a few things from the store, anyone who wants to come can." Connor says pulling into a 7-11. What could they possibly need from a 7-11"Okay I'll come," Riley says. "Oh that's great." They're acting pretty cheesy right now...
After they leave, its just me and Sam, but as soon as they are inside, Sam gets unbuckled and grabs Riley's phone from where he left it in his seat. "He should know better than to leave his phone alone with me. I can take a lot of selfies in the time given..."
"Oh yes. He hates when this happens! Let's do it!" I say. Sam slides over next to me and gives me the phone to take the pictures. We take a bunch and somehow she ends up leaning on my chest, while I have my arm around her. That is until someone knocks on the window and scares the crap out of us, making her lean closer to me and me to hug her tighter. And that someone is Riley and Connor staring at us with accomplished looks.
When they get back in the car, Riley asks for his phone back and Sam gives it to him. But she stays in the seat next to me. "Okay what happened here??? These are beautiful by the way..." Riley says sarcastically. "But I'll let it slide cause you two were obviously having fun." He turns and winks at us, making Sam blush and me give him a death glare.
"Here, come here," I say to change the subject. I pull out me phone so we can take a picture together. She leans back onto me and puts her feet up on the seat next to us. I put my arm around her and snap the first picture, one of us smiling. When I'm about to take the next one, Connor slams on the breaks causing everyone to shoot forward. But since Sam isn't wearing a seat belt, she grabs onto me so she doesn't fall off of the seat.
"Sorry, squirrel." Connor looks back at me in the mirror and winks, letting me know that there was in fact, no squirrel. I just look at him and promise I'll get him back one day.
The rest of the ride back we just sit and listen to the radio. We don't talk or take selfies or laugh. Sam just leans across me with her head on my shoulder and looks out the window smiling a little.
**************************************
Sam's POV:
After Connor slams on the breaks, I grab onto Toby to keep myself from falling. He says he almost hit a squirrel, so I'm glad he slammed on the breaks. I like animals even squirrels, so he made the right decision.
Once I let go of Toby, I stay where I am because I'm comfy. I lean my head on his shoulder and look out the window. When I realize I am literally sitting with a cute guy for the first time in my life, I smile a little. I've never had the guts to do anything like this. Im not really sure why I do now, but I like where I am. Before I know it, I fall asleep.
