Midas x reader

New agent

Y/n PoV:

You were peacefully asleep until Midas woke you up from being noisy. He was walking about like he was looking for something until he realised you were awake.

"Sorry I woke you up"
"It's fine what are you looking for"
"Do you know where my keycard is?"
"Umm it should be in the top left draw at the back"
"Ahh thanks"
"Why'd you need it?"
"I must of forgot to tell you I am interviewing a new agent that might be able to take the video down"
"That's good"
"Yeah it is anyway I need to get my keycard and go because they should be here soon"
"Ok good luck I will see you later then"
"I will see you later as well"

He quickly opened the draw, grabbed the keycard and ran out of the room to go to his office you presumed.

You wanted to go and get ready for the day but you were to comfortable to move. Cuddles the bear was next to the bed so you grabbed it because it reminded you of Midas and you soon enough fell asleep.

Freddy the henchmen PoV:

It was a normal day you were at the front desk bored out of your mind because you didn't have much to do and everyone else was busy doing something. You felt like it would be best to fall asleep until you saw a notification saying that the new spongbob film was on Netflix.

You started the film and placed it carefully on the desk in an angle so it could stand up. Spongbob was one of your favourite shows from when you were younger and you still sang along with the song that started at the beginning.

That part was coming up and you were readying your self for it. Soon enough it started and as soon as you started singing a woman walked in and she was beautiful.

This was one of them moments you were really happy that you had to wear helmets because you must of looked like a tomato from how much you were blushing, your mouth was open from looking at her and you were sure that your pupils were forming a heart shape. You wanted to just stare at her all day but she softly said,

"Hi"
"Uh um h-hi"

You hated the fact that you were stuttering and that she would probably remember you as the stuttering henchmen. You looked at her again and she had a huge smile across her face, she looked so cute, and you were sure you could hear little giggles coming from her.

"You a spongbob fan as well?"
"Y-yeah I used to watch it all the time what about you?"
"I love it. It's the best show ever"
"That's what I think as well."
"Means it's true then"
"Sorry I forgot to ask why are you exactly here? And what's your name?"
"I have an interview and my name is Rook"
"Ok give me a sec"

You logged back onto the computer and went through the schedules for today. Nothing was showing up until a notification from Midas popped up saying that he had forgot to put it up but he had an interview.

"Yep let me show you were to go"
"Thank you"

You got up out of your chair and you realised that you weren't stuttering anymore which made you want to do a dance but you know you couldn't.

She started walking next to you and you just wanted to pick her up and give her a cuddle. It was weird you had never felt like this around anyone and you didn't know how to react.

Suddenly there was a crash and you didn't know where it was coming from. You started looking around and realised that Rook had fallen over.

"Let me help you sorry I don't realise you had fallen over"
"It's fine I need to stop wearing heels every time I wear them I fall over"

You placed your hand out to help her up she kindly excepted while giggle again, her giggles were so sweet, as she placed her hand on yours you could feel how soft they were. They were like marshmallows and you didn't want to let go of them.

"Thank you"
"No problemo your hands are really soft by the way"

You noticed that she didn't know how to react and you felt so dumb for saying that. That was one of the only things you shouldn't of said.

"Thank you for the complement"
"I shouldn't of said that should I"
"No it's fine I haven't heard it before that's why I had the weird expression"
"Yeah but it wasn't the smartest of things for me to do"
"I like knowing that I have soft hands so thank you for telling me"
"Umm your welcome I guess"
"I forgot to ask what's your name?"
"Freddy"
"I like that name"
"Thanks I like your name as well"
"Thank you"

Both of you started laughing while walking, another henchmen saw both of you and looked at both of you weirdly he soon went back to doing whatever he was doing.

"Who's that?"
"That's Tom a lot of people don't like him"
You quietly said so he didn't hear.
"Why?"
"You will soon see"
"Ahh ok"
"If you get the job which I am hoping maybe I could be the one to show you around and tell you about everyone"
"That sounds fun I would love to and I hope I get the job"
"I think you will get it"
"Really why?"
"You seem like the right person for it anyway we are here at his office"

Before she knocked on his office she gave you a hug which you weren't expecting so your hands were just there until you hugged her back. She moved away putting part of her hair behind her ear with a shy smile.

"Sorry that was inappropriate for me to do wasn't it"
"No no it's fine I love hugs I just don't recommend doing that to Midas"
"Yeah that would be a good idea"
"Anyway good luck and if you need me I will be at the front desk were you met me"
"Ok hopefully I see you later"
"Same here and I'm going to go watch spongbob"
"Let me know how it goes"

Midas opened the door and looked at both of you with a sorta smile. Before you left you said

"Bye Midas"
"Bye Freddy"

Where the love starts also don't ask why I said her hands were like marshmallows. I don't think it will take long for them to get together. Anyway I will see ya later baii ✌️
