Hidan smiled all the way back into the in. The receptionist-woman was only barely awake as it was already 2300 hours (11:00 p.m.). "Evening sir's." He slurred in a fake cheerful tone, something she clearly learned. "Hi!" Hidan waved to her happily, catching her of guard, but she managed to hold back a gasp, this confused Hidan. "You were right." She stated, slightly surprised by the once rude man, acted nicely. "Kakuzu, what is she talking about?" Hidan asked as they walked away from the room. "I don't know." He shrugged.
They walked down the empty halls in silence. "I wonder how long it will tell I see shit again." His smile gotten wider, the older could have sworn there was stars of hope in his healing eyes. Kakuzu sighed with a smile on his face, watching the younger practically skipping and humming down the hall behind him. "I'll be able to see my hair soon." Hidan said grabbing a few strands of his silver hair letting them drop out of his hands.
They finally made it back to the in's room, Kakuzu picked up the smaller before he sat Hidan down the bed and kissed Hidan's nose. Then he laid down beside him, wrapping his arms him. "Let me fucking go. I need to take my damed sweater off." He said trying to get out of the grip of the older, who let him go. Hidan took off his fluffy sweater, throwing it in an unknown location on the smooth, wooden floor, the zipper made a metal slap against the ground. Hidan then buried his face in Kakuzu's chest making him feel safe and protected, unfortunately that wouldn't last long. Kakuzu fell asleep pretty quickly, leaving Hidan to stay up the rest of the night.
It was only 300 hours (3 in the morning) when Hidan heard foot prints randomly in the room. He sat up slowly letting whoever the person was know he was awake and moving, appearing ready to fight. "Get the fuck out." He said in a low and demanding voice. The person didn't move for a few minutes as if hoping to be forgotten, before they started coming closer. Hidan was about to wake Kakuzu up but then he felt a small yet strong hand grabbed his jaw, keeping his mouth shut as his arms were pined to his side, forcing him still. He thrashed around, trying to escape. He let out a muffled scream as he felt a sharp slide against his stomach, making him bleed. The blade of the sharp object was placed in the middle of his chest. Hidan shook his head no in fear, but the other was clearly not going to stop. Suddenly the person jumped off of Hidan and near the window before quickly running away.
Two arms picked him up, making him flinch. "Calm down. It's me." Kakuzu's voice rang out, relaxing him. "Kakuzu? Who was that?" He asked, pressing his arms on the bloody cut. Kakuzu threw the blankets off of them and sped-walked into the bathroom and entered in the bedroom with a first-aid kit. He pried off Hidan's arm away from his stomach and took of his pyjama shirt. The wound wasn't to deep, a least not deep enough too not heal over night, but Kakuzu still felt like he needed to cover it up in bandages and gauze. He moved Hidan so he was sitting up, his legs drooped, limply off the side of the bed.
"It's not too tight, right?" Kakuzu asked making sure it wasn't too lose either. "No it's fine." Hidan said shaking his head side to side, telling him no. "I'll stay up. You need rest." Kakuzu said adjusting Hidan's legs so he could lay down beside him. "Are you sure?" "Yeah, I'll pack up and we'll leave in an hour or so." "Oh well alright but I'm staying up all fucking night tomorrow, dip-shit." Hidan said jokingly with a widen grin that went form ear to ear. Kakuzu sighed as Hidan closed his eyes. He was hoping that this would stop soon, there was reason for them to be hunted but he hoped it wouldn't be for much longer. He stayed still, just sitting on the bed, only for just a a few more moments before he sat up, the beds strings let out a loud creak. He opened the fridge, there was some fruit and three small bottles of beer, he placed the item into a bag. He pulled out a map out of his pocket, he was finally able to properly look at it. They were close to the hot water nation, soon they'd be out of the fire nation. "K-nnnn.~ Kaksho...~" Hidan mumbled in his unconscious state. Kakuzu smiled and kissed the albino's pale forehead. "I love you so much Hidan." He kissed him one more time before picking him up bridal style and carrying him out of the room.
"Evening sir's. Are you leaving?" The woman same as always asked, noticing the bag in Kakuzu's hand. Kakuzu felt nervous as he noticed a young male with a very healthy heart. His thoughts clouded as he approached them. "Yes and I'm sorry about this." The woman looked confused, the concerned as a thread untangled from his arm, striking through the males neck. His blood gurgled in his throat as he attempted to beg for his life but once again it was drowned out by the thick, red, metallic tasting, liquid. The woman froze, unable to scream or even move, just stuck in place, forced to watch her coworker die. He ripped out his heart and the body fell to the floor. "You tell anyone and I'll fucking find you. Am I understood?" He growled. "Y-yes!" She yelled, her body finally allowing her to make noise. "Shut up he's trying to sleep." His head motion too the sleeping male in his arms. He walked away. He leaned his back against his tree and slid down into a sitting position. "What the fuck is wrong with me?" He asked as he rubbed his forehead and looked down at the heart gripped tightly in his hand. He placed Hidan on the ground gently and put the heart in his body. With a grunt he picked up Hidan once again, he sighed as he walked away from the inn.
