It had been a week since Hidan had been weighed. He walked into the bathroom alone and stood on it. He read the numbers on the scale. "Ninety-three pound." He whispered a lot more happy then before. He felt less sick and more reassured that he'll be better looking now that he was closer to a healthy weight. A small smile spread across his face, soon he'd be able to get muscular again then his scythe would be much lighter to him. He'd soon be able to do his rituals and appease lord Jashin, he couldn't wait. He walked over to the counter, picked up a hair brush and began detangling his hair. He looked in the mirror, his hair was normal and his weight was close, he could see much better now, this was better, he felt better.
Hidan left the washroom, and walked into the bedroom. He looked over to the empty bed, Kakuzu already left to gather money in Yugakure. A sigh left his lips, he knew they need the money but he was tired of waking up one the couch instead of by Kakuzu's side. He got dressed then he began to brush his hair for a second time. "I never got why you always brush your hair twice, you care more about hair then barbers." Akari stated, leaning on the bathroom's doorframe, her arms loosely crossed. "Well I just don't want to look like shit, I guess." Hidan stated, Akari could instantly hear the sadness in his voice. "What's wrong dear? You sound... upset." "I'm just frustrated. Kakuzu won't take me to get his stupid fucking money." Hidan grumbled. "Well he's doing what he has to do and you're much to weak to go out and fight. I'm sure soon he'll be doing bounty's with you once again. He does that right, I'm sure that he told me so." Hidan glared. "I'm not that fucking weak, you shit-head!" "Yeah, yeah. I now! I'm not a dumb-ass. You just can't fight too well!" "You are right though. He's a fucking bounty hunter and ever single fucking building smells like piss." Hidan said as he finished brushing his hair. He placed the hair brush on the smooth counter's surface. "I still don't see why you brush your hair twice it seems pointless to me. Just get dressed then brush your fucking hair, dumb-ass." Akari stated before leaving. Hidan looked in the mirror for a few more minutes. 'Why does everything feel so different. I knew it was going too be but it's changed too much... it so weird.. I can't even fucking tell if I like it or not.' His eyes bore into the glass as if he could brake it with his mind. It almost looked like he was having an intense staring contest with himself. 'Do I like this change? I've been acting like such a fucking crybaby as of late, I hate that. But I get to see Akari again, I can't hate that.' Hidan continued to weigh the pros and cons in his head, his eyes still dug into the mirror.
He stood quietly, until he realized that he has been in the room for almost an half an hour. He walked out of the room and entered the living room. "Are you finally done? I'm surprised your dumb-ass isn't wearing makeup." The elder woman laughed so hard she snorted. Hidan growled. "Hay! Shut your mouth! Stop being such a fucking asshole!" Hidan yelled, stomping his foot. She was still laughing before calming down and resumed reading her book. "Geez, your in a cranky mood." She mumbled as she flipped the page. "Yeah, I guess I am." The albino said, finally starting to calm down. "I just miss Kakuzu." Hidan whined. "You? Go soft? I never would have imagined!" Hidan let out a groan of frustration.
"Hay I have a random, question." Akari looked at him from the corner of her eye. "You said you had a personality disorder, what is it?" "Well, that is out of the blue. I'm sorry too say this but I'm not to sure myself. It's been years since I've talked to anyone about it. I kind of just... forgot about it. I just live with it." "You haven't talked about it to anyone? What about your therapist?" "She talked shit about our lord, so I sacrificed her." Hidan laughed. "You would." Akari smiled warmly. "You know, someone reminded me of you." Hidan stated. "Oh?" She returned to her book. "Yeah, his name is Zetsu... or was... I'm not sure if he's still alive. Anyway, it was like he was two people in one body. He was also a cannibal, and wired as hell." He paused before continuing. "You're not as bad as him. God was he creepy." Hidan stated, remembering the odd bipolar male. The two were surround by an awkward and uncomfortable silence but they didn't do anything to interrupt it instead they just sat there, quietly.
Akari placed her book down. "Hidan, you're boyfriend and you. How did you two meet?" Akari asked, adjusting her body so she could face him. "Well, we met when he a two other members asked me to join the akatsuki, we fought and then I became a member or they were going to do some shit to my soul. Then we were partners. We started a relationship soon after." Hidan rested his head on the back of his hand. Akari let out a hum. "I see." She said, crossing her legs. "Sounds interesting." She closed her eyes as a smirk pulled on her lips. A chuckle fallowed do after. "I wonder what the hell he's doing right now." He muttered. "Probably stealing money from some dumb-ass." Akari joked, though she was correct. "Hay how about you help me clean up the storage room." Hidan nodded and fallowed her through the door.
Kakuzu stood over the unconscious ninja, who tried to fight back but they clearly didn't last very long, though he did put up a good fight. Kakuzu made sure he didn't kill him. The man only had thirty yen, witch pissed him off, he risked getting caught for very little. With a frustrated groan and walked away, not bothering to look back at or helping the ninja he harmed. Kakuzu made sure he wasn't being fallowed, he heard the yapping sound of a barking dog, somewhere in the distance. A few more ninja walked past, though he wasn't overly worried. Other then Hidan very few ninja were very strong, since Yugakure was more of tourist village instead of one of strength or military, though he still kept his guard up, just in case. He sat on a nearby bench, as small girl ran past with a dog, he watched them disappear into the distance. Kakuzu started counting the money he had stolen, he made a clicking sound with his tongue as he did this, he had counted four-hundred yen. With a sigh he stood up and left Yugakure and went towards the house. He was found the long walk to Akari's house annoying and tiring but he was still grateful for her letting him stay at her home, without having to pay anything or do any real work. It was kind of her to take them in and let them live with her, even though she caused pain and death.
Kakuzu finally shown up at Akari's home, to see Hidan with his arms in bandages. "What happened?" He asked. "Well me and Akari were cleaning up her god-dam storage room and a stack of boxes dropped on me and on top of it was a fucking metal sheet and it skinned my fucking arm!" Hidan yelled. "The scar on your stomach just healed and your already getting injured." Kakuzu sighed. "It's not my fucking fault!" Hidan screamed angry, he pointed us thumb at himself with his bad arm before flinching and holding his arm with a whiny groan. "I told you not to move, you dumb ass!" Akari shouted, entering the room. "Yeah, I know! I'm just pissed. Why is it always me that gets fucking hurt?" Hidan asked, not expecting an answer. Akari grabbed Hidan's arm and as well as the opposite shoulder. "How about we get you to bed, Hidan? You need rest." Akari lead him to the bedroom he was staying in. Kakuzu waited for her to come back.
"Oh my poor child." Akari said sarcastically, leaving the room. The two sat in the living room, Kakuzu counting his money and Akari reading. "Akari what was he like as a child? Anything similar?" Kakuzu asked to make conversation. "Well, if you mean when he was human I've only knew him for a day, so I wouldn't know. He was cocky, whiney and violent, though when he was younger he wasn't as distractive as he is now. He was also kinda stupid, since he left school then he was taught in the way of lord-Jashin by priests." "Oh?" Kakuzu looked over at her. "Yeah, he didn't have any friends. He found an the remains of a entire clan so everyone in that dumb-ass village blamed him for it. He was like seven so I doubt it, even that Itachi kid from the leaf wasn't that young." "Yeah, Itachi that mysterious bustard." "You act like you knew him." Akari laughed. "He was also a member of the akatsuki." Akari's eyes widened in shock. "The akatsuki? So you knew him personally?" "Not really he was secretive." "I see. Well most have their secrets." She replied looking out the window, the first few drops of rain had caught her attention. "You two don't plan on going back, do ya?" She asked still facing the window. "They didn't do anything to rescue us, so no. I don't think we will return to them." Akari nodded and continued staring, lost in thought.
