Lewis Nixon

Getting letters from loved ones were meant to make you happy and overjoyed, for you it wasn't the case.
While sitting down by your plane while waiting to jump, vest had come by and given you a letter, at first you were excited because it was your boyfriend, but after reading the letter it just made you upset and damn right pissed off. You had ripped up the paper and thrown a small tantrum, the boys in your plane had never seen that  before, you were there Sargent for Christ sack, you weren't meant to act like that. But in that moment you just didn't care.

As you finished your tantrum you walked around trying to find Lewis, he had Alcohol you could have a drink from.
You saw him standing with Dick and Ron, you and Lewis were pretty close, he knew everything going on back home in your life, he knew of your boyfriend, even though he wouldn't admit, but he wished you didn't have one.
As you got closer Lewis looked at you and smiled, his smile went as soon as you took his flask and downed the whole lot, Ron chuckled at you and Dick was a little confused.
"Alright take it easy tiger" Lewis said while taking the flask away from you. You tried jumping for it but he held it above your head.
"Stupid fucking jump gear"
You groaned and all three boys chuckled at you.
"What's up your ass" Lewis asked and you glared at him, his smirk dropped instantly.
"Well for one Lewis most definitely not you! And second, I absolutely hate and I mean hate men, I'm staying single for the rest of my god damn life!" Lewis put to and to together and he knew what was going on.
"What never ever going to be with someone else?" He grinned. You pushed him and tried to keep the smile off your face.
"Fuck off lewis! I'm being serious, I can live perfectly fine without a stupid man running around in my life" Lewis scoffed and you rolled your eyes.
"To be fair I think she's right" you looked at Ron and smiled.
"See even Ron thinks so" Lewis rolled his eyes.
"Alright I hate to break the chat but we need to go" dick sighed and started walking away.
You went to turn around when you felt someone's hand on your wrist.
"Hey, be safe out there okay? I want to see you safe and sound after this" you smirked at Lewis and nodded.
"Sure Lewis, anything for you"
With that you walked off to your plane.
Lewis watched you and sighed.
"You are whipped mate" Lew turned round and gave Ron the middle finger.
"I'll see you over there Ron" he nodded and gave Lew a hand shake
"You sure will" Ron said and walked off.

Your jump went from ok to absolutely horrible in the space of 10 seconds, you lost your rifle and your helmet, your leg bag also got ripped right off your leg. You wanted to scream when you landed in pure anger, but you couldn't.
You were walking when you heard a twig snap. You froze.
You didn't hear anything but you didn't want to move.
"Hey gorgeous" you jumped and turned around ready to fight who ever it was.
As you turned around you saw Lewis and Ron.
"For fucks sack.. I fucking hate you both" they chuckled and hugged you each.
"What a mouth for a young female"
You pushed Ron and kicked his leg.
"Fuck off Ron" he chuckled and Carried on walking past you.
"Where is your stuff?" Lewis asked as all three of you walked ahead.
"Lost it all in the jump" you sighed.
"Your kidding right?" Lew asked and you rolled your eyes.
"Does it look like I'm kidding?" You heard Ron laugh and you glared his way. It didn't stop the smirk on his face.
You three carried on walking for at least three hours when Lewis spoke up again.
"So the boyfriend left you huh?" You sighed and looked up at Lew, he was already looking at you.
"Yup, was either he leaves me or I leave and go home to him"
"And you choose this over him?" Ron asked before Lewis had the chance.
"Well yeah, I haven't done all the training to waste it on a guy" Ron nodded in agreement.
"Well you did the right thing then" Ron said.
"Lewis?" You asked and he was still processing what you had just said.
"Huh? Oh right yeah nah good for you, you don't need someone holding you back like that" you nodded and smiled at him.
"Yeah that's what I thought" he smiled and then looked at Ron who had a smirk on his face. Lewis rolled his eyes.
Lewis was just happy you were safe and now he didn't have to worry about the boyfriend being in the way.
"I'm just happy to be here with you both really" you whispered and they both looked at you and smiled.
"Yeah?" Ron asked and you nodded.
"Yeah I am, you guys are all I need in my life" Lewis grinned and nudged your arm a little, you laughed and nudged him back.
"Getting all soft on us I see" you scoffed at Lewis and rolled your eyes.
"No lewis I'm being honest" he chuckled and nodded.
"Alright love birds let's get going" you looked at Ron with a confused look.
"Love birds?" You questioned and you saw Lewis blush a bit and Ron smirked while chuckling to himself.
"Lewis?" You asked and he went to carry on walking past you.
"Nah huh not so fast, why did Ron say love birds?" You asked and Lewis sighed.
"I like you okay, that's all" Lewis went to walk away but you pulled his arm and stopped him.
You didn't know you had it in you but you grabbed his face and slammed your lips to his. He groaned and pulled you closer with his arms going around your waist.
"Alright come on you too" you both heard Ron groan and you pulled away and giggled while looking into his eyes. He smiled and kissed you again.
D-day was the start of your friendship expanded.
