Ronald Speirs and Lewis Nixon

You and one other girl decided to join the paratroopers and you both became really good friends.
You both were now lieutenants so you hung around the other lieutenants a lot as well.
Today everyone was doing hand to hand fighting. It was going alright. You both were a bit worried because you didn't want to be paired with any of your friends. You didn't want to be paired with Ronald Speirs and your friend Ella didn't want to be paired with Lewis Nixon.
You two had some feelings for each other but neither shown it. Or tried not to.

"Shaw,Elliot get up here. Front and centre" you both looked at each other and the two boys looked at you both.
Sobel was being a dick today.
You got up from sitting next to Ron.
"Come on Ella lets just get it over with" you held out your hand for her to take.
"I'm not fucking doing that Charlotte.. neither one of us is going to give up" Ella was right. You both wouldn't knock the other out. You were to good of friends to do that and Sobel knew that.

"Now ladies hurt up" he yelled again.
"Fucking wanker" Ella whispered. Nix chuckled and just patted her back.
"Go on.. if neither one of you will knock the other out we will step in and stop it" Nix said.
You looked at Ron and he wasn't happy to say the least.
You both walked into the front.. everyone was watching you both now. All of your friends had small smiles on there faces but all looked sad for both of you. They all knew how close you were.

"You don't stop until one of you is in the floor knocked out! Clear?"
"Yes sir" you both said while looking at each other.
"Good. Right ready"
You both got into a fighting position and just nodded at each other.
You both were two of the top fighters and for Sobel to put both of you together was him just being an asshole.
"Just knock me out Ella" you told her.
"No" she said.
"Someone make a move for the love of God" Sobel yelled at both of you.
You sacked it up and punched Ella right in the face. She groaned a little and stepped back but came back at you with her own punch.
Ella pushes you really hard and you went to the floor. She got on top of you and punched you again.
You tried pushing her off you but she wasn't moving, you decided to knee her in the stomach and rolled her over so she was on her back. You got off her. You looked up and everyone had shocked faces. They had never seen you two right before.
Ella got off the ground and you both looked at each other. You both had blood coming from your lips and eyebrows.. neither one of you could finish it.
You both carried on fighting for awhile until Sobel wasn't having it.

"Alright that's enough Shaw fuck off. Elliot stay there. Speirs get your ass up here"
Oh fuck you thought.
Ron's face dropped as he heard that. He slowly got up and made his way over to you. You were exhausted and he could see that.
"Finish her Speirs"
Sobel also knew your guys feelings towards each other.
Ron faces you and he looked supper sad.
"Just finish it please Ron" you begged him.
"I don't want to do this Charlotte" he said.
"Please Ron just do it" you told him. You had a tears in your eyes.
Before you said anything else Ron punched you straight in the face and knocked you out.
Thank fuck was all you thought.
You weren't knocked out for long but it was long enough. You opened your eyes and saw Ron over you looking panicked.
"Fuck Charlotte I'm so sorry that was bloody hard" Ron said as he helped you sit up.
"Yeah you don't say" you muttered
Everyone else had come over as well.
You waved it off.
Ella came up to you and attacked you in a hug. She still had blood dripping from her face but you didn't mind.
"I'm so sorry Charlotte.. I'm never doing that again." She said and hugged you again.

Ron helped you stand up and you, Ron, Ella and Nix walked off towards your barracks.
"You two really went for it didn't you" Nix said while he had an arm around Ella.
"That's the worse thing I've had to do Nix. And Charlotte I'm again really sorry".
You looked at Ella and smiled a little.
You turned to Ron and he had his head down.
You grabbed his hand and he looked up at you. "Ron don't feel bad. This is all fucking Sobel" you told him.
"Yeah but I still had to do that lottie.. I just feel shit" he said but squeezed your hand.
You and Ella sat on some chairs in the barracks and the boys came back with some wet towels to clean you both up.
"Fuck Charlotte you got a good on Ella didn't you" Nix said and looked at you. You chuckled. "Oh yeah and she didn't get a good one on me?" Nix laughed and looked back at Ella.
Ron was being so sweet. He helped you change your top which had blood on it and even went and cleaned it for you.
Ron helped you into bed and then went to walk to his when you grabbed his hand. He turned and looked at you.
"Will you stay with me Ron" you asked him and he nodded and had a small smile on his face. He got under the blanket and pulled you close and he kissed your head. You looked over at Ella and Nix and they were cuddled up to together as well. You laughed a little and Ron followed your eyes over to them and he chuckled as well.
He ran his hands through your hair and you laid your head on his chest and listened to his heart beat.
"Charlotte" you looked up and Ron
"Yeah" you asked
"You know I'm in love with you right?" He asked.
"Well I do now Ron" you chuckled and he blushed a little.
"Good thing I love you as well Ron" he smiled and pulled you closer and kissed your head.
You and Ron were amazing for each other and Lew and Ella were supper cute together. Let's hope when the jump into Normandy they all find each other
