Bea's POV
It's been a month since I've heard from J. Hindi na siya ulit nag-text o nagparamdam.
Even the letters stopped, na kahapon ko lang nalaman.
Lagi naman akong nandito sa bahay pero ngayon ko lang naisip na tignan 'tong mailbox. Not exactly at my house, but more of Jho's house na katapat lang.
I just love talking to her Lola, she have a lot of stories and of course.. I get to see Jho as well.
Maybe Kianna's right. I like Jho. Sino bang hindi? She's just always attractive at everything she does.
Kianna's teasing the hell out of me but it's fine. As long as we're not with Jho or Jia of course.
Speaking of Jia, I'm meeting her right now. I owe them a meal since their team won last weekend and I didn't get to watch. Manunuod sana ako with Kianna and Jho but we had to call for an emergency meeting with Rex and his team, so Jho ended up watching the game alone. I really felt bad about it, so I wanted to treat them.
I'm picking up Jia from their team practice then we'll go to Jho's flower shop. Kianna can't make it because she'll be attending some family reunion at Batangas, kaya kaming tatlo lang muna.
And yes, of course, Kianna is teasing me non stop. Just like how she's calling me for the fourth time today.
I reach for my Airpods and connected my phone to it, before answering Kianna's call.
"Do you miss me that much?" Saying hello isn't really appropriate since we already spoke like ten minutes ago.
"Nasundo mo na crush mo?" I automatically rolled my eyes. Really, really annoying. "I mean si Jia ha? Kasi di'ba sabi mo no'ng nakita mo siya sa---"
"What do you need, this time? If you're gonna be like this sana pala sinama mo nalang ako." I cut her off 'cause I already know what she's about to say. I mean how can I forget when she's constantly reminding me about it?
"Oh.. are you mad?" she asks and then laugh. I wanted to hung up but I know she doesn't like that and she'll be really pissed if I did.
"I'm driving, I gotta hung up"
"Don't you dare!" See? She's always the one ending the call and for me, that is really weird. "I was just asking kung nasundo mo na si Jia eh."
"And I already said, I'm still driving, that means hindi pa."
"Well, baka kasi sinundo mo muna yung 'like' mo? Si Jho? Kasi diba you like her?" Then she burst out laughing and I swear I wanna choke her till she begs for her life. So annoying!
"Can you stop, Kim?"
"Okay.. okay.." I can hear her catching her breathe. I rolled my eyes. "I just wanted to check on you, bakit ba ang sungit mo?"
"This is the fourth time this day. Plus, nang-aasar ka lang naman."
"I am just happy for you!" she reasoned out. I parked the car and reached for my phone to send Jia a message, saying I'm already here.
"Yeah.. yeah.. I've heard that before. Anything else?"
She laughed again kahit wala namang nakakatawa sa sinabi ko. Lumabas na ako ng kotse at papasok na sana ng gym when I saw Jia waving her hands.
"Wala na. I'm just bored, you know. Mamayang gabi pa yung actual party. I have nothing to do."
"Eh bakit kasi ang aga mo umalis?! Ginising mo pa 'ko nang 5 am to cook."
