"Hey Tee!"

Terence looked up from his laptop and smiled when he saw Ivanna at the door.

"Are you busy? Can I come in?" She asked.

Unlike her sister, she didn't hold a grudge against Terence or anyone for getting thrown out of their parents home. If anything this whole incident was her fault in the first place and no one else's.

If only she had not...Omo, what's done is done abeg!

"Sure, sure," he said.

He didn't even know if it was the guilt or courtesy that made him rush to pull out the seat for her and offer her drinks.

She chuckled, she could feel his nervousness, "Relax jo. The beef wey you and Henrietta get no concern me jare."

He sighed deeply as he fell into his seat, "Really?"

"Of course nah," she took a mint from a small plate on his table, "What happened wasn't your fault. I mean given the opportunity, I believe Even brother Gillis and Clifford would've done the same thing. Also, this baby bump can't stay hidden forever, eventually it was going to come out."
She looked up from her mint to him, "May I?" He nodded in affirmation and she unwrapped it and threw the sweet down her throat.

"Hmm, so good," she said reading the name off the pack, "This is good where do you get these?"

"A gift from one of my brothers vacation trips," he said.

"Well, don't mind me if I have more," she said snatching a handful and hiding it in her bra, she looked up to see the gobsmacked expression on his face, "What?"

"What did you just do?"

"Put my new found treasure in the safest safe in the world," she winked and he laughed, "It's not funny, I'm serious! For generations now, the brassiere has been proven to be the safest bank in the world. Once it's in, nothing can ever make it come out."

He laughed heartily at her remark. Ivanna has always been a character.

Ivanna smiled to see that he looked a little less guilty and more like his real self. She smiled at herself once again, she always had a way with people.

"So how is it at the office at night?" He asked. This had been the question on his mind for a while now, he couldn't imagine how it felt to leave the comfort of their homes to stay in this office without a proper mattress or even warm blankets. He had spent some nights at the office in the past with Gilllis to help him finish making furniture for Mr Ijah and boy was it a rough night.

"It's okay," she said unwrapping another mint.

"Huh? Really?"

"Yes nah," she laughed, "we have the security guards to play WHOT and LUDO with it. We even watch films together with them on their television. And oh yeah! Henrietta made a friend with this girl Anita that always brings over food for us at night. She even takes us around for evening strolls. She really nice and together we are going to matchmake Henrietta and her brother." She giggled.
