Prerna woke up by the light of sun rays to find Mr Bajaj watching her.
"Good morning. Kaise feel kar rahin hain aap?" Prerna said and kissed his head.
"Good morning and much better." Mr Bajaj said and doing the same with her.
"Bacho ki tarah aapko bhi daant ke sulana chahiye tha. Rishab soye kyun nahin aap?" Prerna said and Mr Bajaj smiled. "Aap aisa karenge main kal se nahin soungi yahan pe. Main Mr Mehra se keh dungi woh rukenge yahan pe." Prerna
"Right!! Couch hain wahan pe" Mr Bajaj said and Prerna made a face like you caught me.
"Main fresh hoke aati hoon. Aapko kuch chahiye? "Prerna asked and Mr Bajaj shook his head. She came out after sometime and sat near Mr Bajaj who was having his morning light snack as provided by the hospital. She went and sat in front of looking straight at him.
"Kya hua?" Mr bajaj
"Kuch nahin bahut dino ke baad aapke saath shubh ki coffee ka mauka mila hain. Pichle kuch dino ki roller coaster ride main bhul hi gaye the apna ritual." Prerna looking almost tired.
Mr Bajaj kept looking at her and she could see the trust, the dedication, the love that he had for her but somewhere there was also confusion and doubts. And Mr bajaj might have realised that Prerna was seeing right through to him so he turned his eyes away.
"Aapka jo kuch bhi hain mera hain, pyaar trust love dedications chahe woh pura mile adha mile sab mera. Pehle mere end se adha tha aapne kuch nahin bola, mere half ko aapne pura kiya ab aapke aadhe ko main pura kar lungi" Prerna said and went and sat near him hugging him from behind and for a second Mr bajaj's heart stopped at what he felt in her arms and he entangled her hands in his.
There at Bajaj mansion Sneha and Kukki were getting ready to meet their parents. Kukki knew it was not a good idea but she knew Sneha wouldn't let it go so here she was carrying a doctor set, a bowl of plastic soup in one hand and a very scared Sneha's hand in the other one and they were moving to Mr Bajaj's room. They were about to reach the room when Kukki stopped and made Sneha look at her.
"Ok Sneha we are about to enter papa's room. Don't get scared ok papa would be connected to pipes needles he has a bandage don't get scared. Ok Don't sit on him and be angry at him" Kukki said and Sneha showed her hand.
"Kudi doctor Sneha" Sneha said showing his doctor set.
"Kukki di KU..KKI..DI..." Kukki said
"Ku...di....." Sneha said
"Haan meri maa. Chalo" Kukki said and entered the room to find Prerna hugging Mr Bajaj.
"It's a hospital. Please" Kukki said, shutting Sneha's and her eyes with her hand. Prerna and Mr Bajaj were surprised with the voice and broke it off laughing.
"Dada!!!!" Sneha shouted and tried to jump on Mr Bajaj's bed.
"Aaja mera bacha. Kaisa hain??" Mr bajaj said, picking Sneha in his arms. Father and daughter were ecstatic to see each other.
"Bacha nahin Dr Sneha aapse milne aayi hain. Checkup ke liye ready ho jaiye aur soup bhi layi hain." Kukki said, keeping the doctor set and the plastic cup of soup with plastic vegetables.
"Oh Really" Mr Bajaj said making a face and Sneha nodded furiously.
After sometime Mr Bajaj had a complete checkup with Sneha doctor who prescribed lots of chocolate and bedtime stories to get strong. Mr bajaj was also a very good patient who did all the correct oh and ahs for the doctor. Then to finish it all Sneha sat there feeding Mr bajaj plastic soup or should we say trying to feed Mr bajaj the soup but dropping it more while she tried to cool it down. Prerna and Kukki sat there watching as they both continued this process for a long time.
