As morning rose, Elijah wanted to know how Davina became Marcel's secret weapon. So he decided to talk to the only person who would know the full story, Alexandra.
Elijah walked over to Alexandra's door and knocked lightly. He heard shuffling from the other side before the door opened rather quickly. Elijah's eyes widened as he stared down at Alexandra who was just wrapped in a towel. Water droplets creasing her skin the way Elijah so desperately wanted to. Alexandra's eyes widened at the same time, she wasn't expecting him to be at her door.
"Elijah...what can I do for you?" Alexandra asked while blushing hard. Elijah cleared his throat and refrained from looking anywhere but her face. He sent her a smile.
"I was wondering if we could talk?" Elijah asked. Alexandra looked at him confused and slightly nervous. She nodded nonetheless.
"Yeah sure. I'll just get dressed and met you in the study?" Alexandra asked. Elijah nodded. They continued to stare at each other for a moment longer before Elijah blinked and quickly spun around, rushing down stairs. Alexandra blushed before closing her door and getting dressed.
After getting ready, Alexandra hopped down the stairs and walked into the study. Elijah stood leaning against the desk with a glass of whiskey in his hand. There was another one sitting on the desk and Alexandra imagined it had been for her. As she entered, Elijah turned and smiled while holding the glass up to her.

"What did you want to speak about?" Alexandra asked. Elijah cleared his throat while unbuttoning his blazer and sitting down in front of Alexandra, she followed in pursuit.
"I was curious as to how Davina got into Marcel's possession. I was wondering if you trusted me enough to tell me her story?" Elijah asked softly. Alexandra's eyes widened at the question. She wasn't sure if she trusted him fully, but she knew that she trusted him enough.
"They call you the honorable one, yes?" Alexandra asked. Elijah looked at her curiously before nodding in agreement.
"Yes, that's what they call me. And yet, here I am because I followed my brother to New Orleans to engage in a war. I ask you; does that sound honorable to you?" Elijah stated before ending in a question. Alexandra chuckled and shrugged.
"It sounds more like loyalty then honor." Alexandra replied. Elijah raised an eyebrow before sipping from his whiskey.
"Alexandra, I believe that you and I have the power to end a war between witches and vampires before it truly begins. I, by keeping my brother in line; you, by speaking to Davina about behaving like her true self-not some tool for Marcel or the witches." Elijah explained while leaning forward slightly, placing both his hands on the desk in front of him. Alexandra sat up straighter as well, following his actions.
"Have you meet Klaus? He does what he wants, when he wants. He doesn't think of the consequences." Alexandra wondered. Elijah chuckled and nodded in agreement. He thought for a moment before smiling.
