Alexandra had chosen the perfect outfit for her date that night. Elijah hadn't told her if it was a formal or causal date, but the outfit she chose fit both perfectly. The afternoon rolled around and Davina was helping Alexandra get ready while Niklaus was having a dinner down stairs with Marcel and his inner circle. Niklaus had invited Alex to come down but she politely declined and explained that she had a date with Elijah. Niklaus seemed surprised but happy for her nonetheless.

It was now 6:45pm and Alexandra stood in front of her mirror looking at herself. She looked beautiful and it was then that her nerves started to pick up. Davina walked back into the room with a small, rectangular box in her hand. Alexandra turned towards her and looked at the box confused.
"I believe this is a gift from loverboy." Davina stated holding the box out to her older sister. Alexandra's eyes widened as she slowly took the box from Davina's hold. "Klaus had it and said Elijah dropped it off for you."
Alexandra opened it slowly and as soon as she saw the diamond necklace and matching diamond stud earrings, her eyes widened and she slammed the lid closed. She looked over at Davina with a look of shock. Davina chuckled before reaching out and opening the lid again. This time Alexandra didn't closed it as she just starred in awe at the small diamond pendant that hung on the silver chain. Alexandra lifted her eyes and noticed a note on the other side of the box.
'Beautiful diamonds for a beautiful women. Please, wear these tonight.'
"Are you gonna wear them?" Davina asked. Alexandra swallowed the lump that had formed in her throat and nodded. Davina helped her clasp the necklace around her neck before Alex replaced the earrings she was wearing with the new ones that had just been gifted to her. Once she finished and touched up on her light makeup, the time clocked over to 7 o'clock. She waved goodbye to Davina before leaving her room and making her way over to the balcony.
"You're taking her on a date?" The voice of the pregnant werewolf reached Alexandra's ears as she slowly made her way towards the stairs. She looked over the balcony and noticed Hayley standing in front of Elijah with her arms crossed. Niklaus stood a few feet away, unnoticed by Elijah and Hayley. He looked up and smiled, noticing Alexandra.
"I am...now if you'll excuse me, she should be down in a moment." Elijah replied looking away from Hayley. His breathe got caught in his lungs when he noticed her descending from the stairs. Hayley turned and scoffed when she saw the witch before stomping away. Before Elijah could move, Niklaus had vamp-sped to the bottom of the stairs, holding his hand out to help Alexandra walk the rest of the way down. She took his hand with a smile before looking towards him for a moment.
"Don't cause any trouble while I'm out. I don't want this place a mess for me to clean up later." Alexandra said sternly. Niklaus rolled his eyes but chuckled nonetheless. He stopped walking and lifted her hand in the direction of Elijah. Alex sent him one last smile before walking over to the man himself. He was still froze as he took in her beauty, happy that she accepted his gifts and decided to wear them. "I'm not under dressed am I?"
