After a while of Y/n getting herself together, Y/n got up and headed the one place she could possibly go to at this time.

The Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom.

She didn't know what she was going to tell her mother, but even seeing her and seeing that after all that pain, she was still there with her, cheered her up.

After a few turns and fake smiling, she finally made it to her mothers classroom. She peaked into the window to make sure she wasn't interrupting. But she did. When she looked into the window, she saw her mother massaging her temples, dozens of letters stacked up onto her desk while tears continued pouring down her face. Y/n could see little pieces of ripped paper all over the floor while some burnt.

Y/n was rather confused but thought her mother would need some time for herself. And so she left, curiosity never leaving her mind. She didn't know who to go to now. She certainly couldn't see Tom nor the Marauders because they would ask too many questions.

Unfortunately, her wishes were somewhat fulfilled when she saw Liam and Jack across the hall. And almost as if they could sense her eyes on them, they looked towards her direction. Concern filling their faces as they saw how unusually red Y/n's eyes were, still watery from the last session she had. Liam quickly rushed over to her, concerned as ever.

"Y/n, what happened?" Liam asked, taking a hold of Y/n shoulders as she let out a weak smile, tired of not having anyone to talk to but she had to do it for their safety.

"It's nothing," Y/n replied, smiling weakly and watching as Jack came along behind Liam, the same expression of worry plastered on his face as his golden blond hair glistened in the sun, enhancing his blue eyes.

"Sure doesn't seem like nothing," Jack inquired, chuckling slightly, though his worried expression never leaving his face. "Y/n, your eyes are bright red. What happened? Did you cry? Not get enough sleep?"

Liam let his hands find his way to her own, taking them both into his for support.

"I'm fine, seriously," Y/n replied, smiling. "Though I did lack a few hours of sleep," she lied. "Merlin knows there's not enough pillows in the world to cover my ears from Clara's snores," she joked, laughing.

The boys laughed, and as they did, the Marauders came into view.

"Ah, there you are, Mrs Potter!" Sirius joked, coming alongside the other Marauders. "We just came back from visiting James in the hospital wing. It was quiet a funny sight, eh, Moony? The healer was giving Prongs a foul vial of healing potion, only to end up vomitting all over her," he laughed loudly, holding his stomach as the others joined in.

Y/n hid her head in her hands playfully, smiling to herself and shaking her head in disappointment. But in a few seconds, she found that the whole great hall began laughing. She put her head up in confusion, looking around, only to see every single student laughing. She looked at the direction they pointed to and there it was.

Lucius Malfoy.

With red hair.

The great hall continued to burst into laughter, the marauders struggling not to themselves, afraid of seeming guilty if they were caught laughing. But they couldn't help it. Seeing such a git as Lucius Malfoy with bright red hair humiliated like that was hard not to laugh at. The more laughter was heard, the more Lucius' face began to match his hair. He stomped out, angrily, covering his hair.
