Si Jackilyn Raleigh ay isang taong mahiyain, tahimik at mahilig mapag-isang babae. May mga kaibigan din naman sya, pero most of her free time ay nilalaan nya sa pagbabasa.
But, that's not the case before she went into a coma.
Everything changed...

I woke up in an unfamiliar room.
"She's awake!"
I slowly opened my eyes and I saw Jace's face looking down on me.
"J-jace?"my throat felt so rough nung nagsalita ako.
"Jacky, you're finally awake."sabi nya habang hawak ang kamay.
Sinubukan kong umupo pero nanghihina pa ako. Tinulungan naman agad ako ni Jace. Pina-inom nya din ako ng tubig.
Ilang minuto lang ay pumasok na sina mom, dad at kuya sa silid kung nasaan ako.
Jace gave way for my parents. Tumabi sa akin si mom, and dad sat on the side of the bed.
"Mom, dad."tapos ay niyakap nila akong dalawa.
"You're finally awake."sabi ni mommy.
"Gaano po ba ako katagal nagising?"
"You've been asleep for 3 days."sagot naman ni kuya na ngayon ay nakahawak sa kamay ko.
"Nasaan po ba tayo?"
"Nasa mansion tayo ni Jace ngayon. Dito kasi ang pinakamalapit sa portal."Mom
Napatingin ako sa palibot. Is this his room?
"You should learn to be accustomed in this house since you'll live here after you get married."biglang sabi ni dad.
Excited ata silang makasal ako ah. Are they kicking me out of the palace?
"Anak, aalis na muna kami. We'll be back tomorrow okay?"sabi ni mom then she looked at Jace, "please take good care of her."
"I'll make sure that she'll have enough rest you're majesty."
"Fufufu. Tawagin mo na kaming mother-in-law at father-in-law Jace."sabi ni mom while covering her mouth with a fan.
Mom came down from the bed at tumabi kay dad. Both of them kissed my forehead bago sila lumabas.
"Aalis na din ako baby sis, may aasikasuhin pa akong annulment."sabi naman ni Kuya.
"Annulment?"
"Yeah.. hehehe. We never consummated anyway, so it's fine. Rest well."sabi nya at umalis na.
Lumapit sa akin si Jace at niyakap ako, "Ilang beses mo ba akong papatayin sa takot?"sabi nya sa akin while hugging me tightly.

Naglalakad ako ngayon sa garden kasama si Spade, napaka overprotective talaga na Jace.
Suddenly, flowers started to grow and bloom infront of me.
"Like the flowers?"
Napalingon ako kung saan nanggaling ang boses.
"Nathan!"
"Jacky! It's been months since I last saw you!"
Sinamahan nya akong maglakad dito sa hardin, and may napansin ako sa kanya, he looks happy.
"Malapit na ang engagement ceremony nyo. Wala na ba talaga akong pag-asa sayo?"he said jokingly
"Sumbong kaya kita kay Elysian."
"Eto naman! Napakaseryoso. Joke lang yun!"
"Kumusta nga pala si Margaret?"
"Ayun, she's slowly opening up to us."
"And the baby?"
"Ayaw nya parin makita ang anak nya, kaya naman nasa kay Note ngayon ang baby at si Rust. Anyway, are you excited?"
"Excited about what?"
"Your engagement of course! The wedding will be after 3 months after the engagement right?"
"I'm more like nervous."
"Sabihan mo lang kami ng kuya mo, we'll help you run away."
"Loko talaga 'to!"
"Hahaha! So, anong plano nyo after the wedding?"
"Gusto kong sa mundo kami ng mga tao manirahan."
"Paano na kung magkaanak kayo?"
"We'll move back here, tapos babalik ulit kami doon when the time is right."

"Ready?"tanong ni kuya sa akin while I linked my arm around his arm.
"Kinakabahan ako."
"If you want to run away, now's the best time. I'll help you."bulong nya sa akin.
"Kuya naman!"
"Hahaha! Kinakabahan ka pa ba?"
"Yes! A little bit. But I'm ready."
The big door opened and I see a lot of people looking at us. And at the center end part of the hall, I saw Jace looking at me. Smiling happily.
I couldn't help but smile too.
It's been three months since the last time I saw him.
After the engagement, sa palasyo na kasi ulit ako tumira.
He look so dashing with his black suit and white wings.
Si Mom and Dad ay naka-upo sa trono nila, while my brother is escorting me papunta kay Jace.
"Nanginginig yung kamay mo." Bulong ulit ni kuya sa akin.
It's the excitement, I have these mixed emotions inside of me.
Rave suddenly came out of my chest and flew towards Jace, she landed on his shoulder.
She must be really annoyed dahil kinakabahan talaga ako.
When we reached Jace, my brother placed my hand gently on Jace's hand.
"Alagaan mo 'tong kapatid ko, kundi malalagot ka talaga sa akin!"sabi nya ng pabulong, making sure na kami lang ni Jace ang nakarinig.
Jace smiled and held my hand gently, "I will love and take care of her as long as I live."
I felt my cheeks heat up after their exchange of words.
We went inside the wedding enchantment circle and looked at each other.
The people started reading the enchantments and both our wings started to glow brightly, napapalibutan na kami ng enchantments at nahahati ang words nito at pumupunta sa pakpak naming dalawa forming a shape.
When all the enchantment went to our wings and formed a small Heart surrounded by a roses without thorns sa pakpak ni wings ni Jace and a small Sword with a shield naman sakin, we sealed it with a kiss.
God really gave me a man who I don't think I wanted, but who I really needed.
