Joy and Yeri were knocking on the Seulgi and Irene's room door. Seulgi had locked herself for 1 night and she doesn't eat anything.
The two of them feel worried for the girl and knocked again.
But no answer.
Wendy and Irene went to them with a worried look on their faces. "Is Seulgi going to be okay? She's still sulking." Yeri said.
"I don't know. The last thing we saw is Seulgi said something to Irene. What the hell does she said to you?" Joy asked and all of them looked at Irene in confused.
"Hey hey hey, don't look at me like that. I'm not the one who made her sulk. But she only said, 'I'm sorry for being so weak to you.' what does that mean?"
"she must be disappointed on herself because she's the one who always get hurt yesterday." Wendy said and scratched her neck. Irene looked down and bit her lips.
"We can't open this fucking door." Yeri hissed and kick the wall.
"I'll talk to her." Irene said.
"But the door is locked." Wendy said while raising her eyebrow. "I can teleportation, remember?" Irene rolled her eyes and teleport to the room.
She looked around and saw Seulgi sitting on the bed, crying. Seulgi doesn't realise that Irene was in the room so she keeps crying.
"Why are you crying?" Irene coldly said. She doesn't mean to be cold to the girl.
Irene was tired of seeing the fragile girl crying. She felt hurt and really wanted to be with Seulgi again.
But she can't. She doesn't want Seulgi to get hurt because of her. Again. Irene had enough seeing Seulgi getting hurt because of her.
Seulgi had going through a lot. Seeing her parents die. Seeing Irene's grandmother die. Almost die because of Taehyung. Almost get bitten because of Jungkook. Bogum broke her leg. It's painful to remember.
So Irene had decided to let go of her. Even though she doesn't want that. Even though she wanted to be with the girl and protect her, she must let go of Seulgi. No excuses.
Seulgi lift her head up and look at Irene. She feel scared looking at Irene who has a cold look on her face. She couldn't speak.
"You always crying no matter what happens. Pathetic fragile human." Irene said. She knows what she said is wrong and only hurting the poor girl. But she must made Seulgi hate her. So Seulgi will become selfish and not help her killing Bogum.
Seulgi looked at Irene in shocked. Shocked to see Irene talking to her like that. Her heart hurt even more.
"I-Is this how you will treat me? After what happened yesterday. After what happened at the forest. I'm tired, Joohyun. I'm tired to see you become cold to me again." Seulgi cried.
Irene almost burst into tears but she hold it. No. She couldn't. She couldn't help but to let one tear drop. One tear that full of many emotions for Seulgi. Sad, angry, happy.
"Why are you still here? If you still want to help me, crying like an idiot will not help."
Upon hearing that, Seulgi stand up and clenched her fist. "Unlike you, i'm still have a feelings. Feelings for you. No matter how much you trying to make me hate you, it will never change. Because I love you so much that I don't want to lose you. But now you ruined it."
Seulgi walked outside of the room and went to the training room. Irene was taken aback. She just stand there, not doing anything.
She never think that Seulgi will feel that way. Irene closed her eyes, letting the tears fall. She open her eyes and look at the window, watching the snow that slowly falling. Like her tears that slowly fell.
Meanwhile, Seulgi was training until her legs became weak. She wanted to show to Irene how much strong and not pathetic she is.
I'm strong. I'm strong. I'm strong. Seulgi keeps repeating the same sentence on her head. She shoot all the target but the loud sound from the gun scares her.
It makes her remember about how her parents die in front of her. How her parents got killed by the killer who shoot them with the gun. Right in front of her.
Seulgi dropped on her knees and cried. She missed her parents so much. Irene went inside the training room and was shocked to see Seulgi crying there. She quickly went to the girl and patted her back.
But Seulgi pushed her away, saying that Irene shouldn't care for her.
"Kang Seulgi, please! Pushing me away will not going to solve your problem!"
"WELL, PUSHING ME AWAY AND HATING ME WILL NOT GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM EITHER!"
Irene stopped her movement and look at Seulgi. Seulgi continued, "I'm tired of everything, Rene. I know that we're no longer together but please, don't hate me."
Irene's heart hurt after seeing the girl begging like this. She never wanted to see Seulgi begging in front of her. Never. She just wanted Seulgi to be happy.
But she ruined everything.
Seulgi ran outside, leaving Irene who still stares at the cold floor with a guilty feeling.
Suddenly,
"Now you know why you should be with her." a deep voice said. Irene turned around and saw a man with a white beard look at her.
