bill was walking back to his room.

he was thinking about what stan just did to him.

he didn't know he could get like that.

he opened the door to see his mom sitting at the chair.

"oh hi bill!"

she signed.

"hi mwom."

"you ready to get your cast?"

she signed

"wait now?"

"yeah! there doing it earlier now so we can leave."

she signed.

"oh, yay!"

bill said.

"yeah the doctors are coming soon."

she signed.

bill sat down on his bed.

shortly after the doctor came in.

"hi bill! we're gonna put on a cast and then you're gonna be free to go!"

she said.

bill nodded not hearing a little bit at the end cause she spoke too fast.

some more doctors came in.

they started putting a cast on him.

once they finished bill tried to get up and walk.

"oh! here's the crutches."

the doctor said handing him crutches.

bill grabbed them.

he started to walk.

"does it feel okay?"

bill didn't answer her.

she tapped on his shoulder.

"is it okay?"

she said slowly.

he nodded.

"alrighty then you are free to go! have a good day bill."

"thank you swo much. but, im not leaving."

his mom froze.

"what?"

she signed.

"i'm gonna stay here with swtan until he gets better."

she sighed.

"this boy."

she shook her head laughing.

"okay, but you have to call me so i can pick you up. and you can't be here for so long. stan needs a rest too."

she signed.

bill nodded.

"that's fine."

the doctor said.

"okay well i guess good bye to mrs.denbrough."

"yeah, i'll see you."

she walked out the room.

"bye bill, be good and if they say to leave you leave. i'll pick you up in a few."

she signed walking away.

bill walked into stan's room.

he opened the door.

stan was on his phone he put his phone down.

a smile went across his face when he saw it was bill.

"hey, oh look you got crutches."

bill nodded.

"and a cast."

bill said lifting his leg up.

"oh!"

stan said looking around the room.

he saw a cup with pens and pencils in them.

"in there, there's a sharpie."

bill grabbed it and gave it to stan.

stan opened it.

"let me see your cast."

bill brought his leg up to stan's lap.

"i told you i wanted to be the first one to sign it."

stan wrote his name on the cast and then drew a small heart.

bill smiled putting his foot down.

"m-my mom told me i cwould wait for you to gwet better. so i'm staying hwere until you do."

"bill, you don't have to you can go home."

"but i want two."

stan sighed.

"i don't know why you're still here honestly, if i were you i'd hate myself. what i did was so wrong. i'd leave and never talk to myself again."

"yea but im different, i kwnow inside you're a good person. and i know you can cwhange. you thought i didn't love you anymore and you were dwepressed. i understand a hundred pwercent."

"i'm sorry bill."

"don't be sorry."

bill said walking up to him.

he gave him a hug.

bill rubbed his back.

"does your cwhest still hurt?"

stan nodded.

"oh, i'll be careful."

bill kissed his cheek.

"it's almost 11 i think you swhould go to sleep."

"i'm not that tired."

"well okay, what do you wanna twalk about."

stan yawned.

"what happened?"

bill asked.

"oh i uh yawned."

stan laughed.

"hm, seems like you are twired."

"no! i'm not."

"well i am, so i'm gwoing to sleep."

bill got on this chair that was there and laid down and pretended to sleep.

"oh uh, goodnight."

bill didn't answer because he couldn't hear him.

stan laid down.

bill looked over at him.

he got up.

"you are tired."

stan got up.

"yeah okay, i am. i just didn't want you to get mad."

"what? mad about you being twired?"

"no! i just didn't wanna sleep while you were awake."

"oh, well then i hwave an idea."

"what?"

"we sleep at the swame time."

"oh uh yeah, works."

stan laughed nervously.

bill got on his chair.

"good night stan."

"good night bill."

they both tried to sleep.
