"Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God" Lacy stated quickly, walking up and down in the common room as they returned from the Great Hall after the champions had been chosen. "Oh my God! He might actually die! What the hell is Dumbledore thinking?!"
Pansy, Blaise and the others watched her pace up and down beside the sofa's, Draco rolling his eyes at her dramatics.
"They said that it had been altered so that it would be less of a risk" Theo offered, Pansy nodding in agreement as her eyes remained on her best friend, who was slowly loosing it.
Lacy just scoffed in return, "This is Harry we're talking about, I planned to go and have tea with Hagrid with him before Buckbeak's—ya know—and I ended up in the Hospital Wing because I was trapped in the Womping Willow with Sirius Black and a wolf! And a creepy guy that turned into a human"
Pansy shrugged in response, "she has a point, drama and chaos usually follows Harry, someone always seems to have it out for him"
"Don't blame them" Draco scoffed in return, only for Lacy to shoot him a quick glare as she spun around again to pace, only to walk straight into Blaise's hands, that were reached out as he held her arms to calm her down.
"You need to calm down, nothing has happened, and we don't even know if something will" Blaise stated, making her meet his eyes as he attempted to get her to let go of all the stress, and she let out a sigh as her lips melted into a small pout.
"But what if—" Lacy goes to respond, only for Blaise to drag her into his arms and begin to stroke her hair gently, causing her to finally calm down and give in to the tranquil energy that he always seemed to have.
"Thank Merlin, she was giving me a headache" Pansy groans as she sits back against the sofa, Theo rolling his eyes at her as his hand rests on the back of the sofa opposite hers, they never usually sat together.
"They don't even know anything about the first tournament" Lacy mumbled against Blaise chest, who was looking down at her as he continued to soothe her. "Maybe I should help him learn some spells or something, he's not good at studying and Hermione will just loose her temper"
Draco scoffed at the use of their names, and how they naturally flowed from her mouth because they were friends. Pansy just hummed as Theo was staring off to somewhere else, not truly interested in the conversation any longer, he could always catch up later.
"Good idea, you can start tomorrow, after you rest tonight" Blaise concluded, resting his head on top of hers as she fully gave in with a groan, which caused Pansy to chuckle at her from the side.
"Where's Sylvia?" Lacy quizzed as she pulled back from Blaise, feeling colder almost instant as she glanced in-between Pansy and Theo, one of them had to know.
"Something about sneaking out with Charlotte and the twins in the kitchens, I don't really know...how to keep up with her these days" Pansy responds, a bored expression painting her face as she met the eyes of her best friend, who frowned slightly at the news.
"They have been spending a lot of time together" Lacy muses, sitting down on the sofa at last, Blaise choosing to sit beside her and she rests her head on his shoulder. "She might end up leaving us all together"
Even though it was a joke, Pansy hated the idea of it. So, she stood up angrily and stormed off to her room in repossessed, leaving the others behind in shock at her sudden outburst.
"What's her problem?" Theo asked, even though it sounded like he was annoyed himself.
Lacy sighed from her place, lifting her head and patting Blaise's hand before she decided to go after Pansy, she couldn't just leave her best friend without anyone.
