"Only Ron would get poisoned on his birthday" Lacy sighed as she walked into the hospital wing with Harry, she was glad that she had missed the drama that had supposedly had happened earlier that day with Lavender.
She cringed any tie she thought of the relationship of 'won-won' and 'lav-lav' it was vile and it constantly made Hermione mad and Harry feel as though he wanted to throw himself off the astronomy tower.
"Hi Ron!" Lacy let out happily as she caught sight of him say I'll fully against his bed, Hermione sat next to him in a chair while she was reading a book. "I brought the necessaries for you" She grinned as she dropped the bag full of Ron's favourite snacks onto the bed.
"Marry me" Ron let out in a daze as he opened up the bag, Lacy laughed as Hermione just rolled she'd eyes. Harry reaching forward and snatching up a chocolate frog that he held out a piece of to share with Lacy.
"So, what did I miss?" Lacy asked as she sat down in a free seat, Harry leaning against the wall beside her as he occasionally handed her some chocolate. Hermione placed down the book she had in her hands.
"I've been doing to research on some possible descriptions of your special abilities" Hermione held the book up proudly as she smiled, she loved helping her friends, especially if it included research. "So far I've found nothing, but I won't give up easily"
"Speaking of which..." Lacy trialled off as she glanced at Ron, who was shoving some sweets into his mouth grossly. "I was thinking, I could try and heal Ron from any traces of poison left.
Ron shrugged as Hermione let out a shriek. "We have no idea what these powers do yet! And they might end up hurting you if you use them too much!" She was against the idea, that's for sure.
"Maybe we should wait until we know more?" Harry offered as he was worried about his friend, Lacy glanced back at him with her big doe-eyes and he flinched back slightly as he knew it would make him cave in to her. "No Lacy"
"Fine"
Lacy had obviously snuck in later that day when she knew that Hermione was too busy doing her homework early in the library, and that Harry was off stalking Draco Malfoy on the Marauders Map.
"They are so going to kill us" Ron stated when he notices Lacy arriving with a determined look on her face. "Kill me for letting you and then you for actually doing it" Lacy finally arrived to his side with a reassuring smile on her face.
"Don't worry Ron, they don't have to know, you're being released tomorrow anyway" Lacy shook it off and held her hand out to Ron, who stared at it for a moment before he glanced up at her with a worried expression.
"I'm almost healed fully now anyway, and we don't know if anything will happen to you" He frowned at the thought of her being hurt because of him, but she pushed her hand closer to him.
"Hand, now" she snapped and his hand instantly fell into hers as she shut her eyes and began to focus on the usual effects of her glowing hands. She paid no attention when she heard Ron let out a gasp of admiration, and instead furrowed her eyebrows as she willed herself to fully heal him.
"Lacy, you're veins are gold" Ron let out in shock, and her eyes snapped open just in time for her to see the fading lines all up her lines, making her mouth open wide until the last glow vanished. Ron and her met eyes as they gaped at what happened. "We better not tell them about that"
"Yeah" Lacy smiles softly, looking down to her arms in disbelief. "I don't feel weird or anything, so I guess we're in the clear"
"I feel great" Ron grinned at the blonde haired girl, reassuring her that it did work properly, she smiled as she reached over and grabbed a cauldron cake and handed it over to him to eat. "Thanks"
"You still need to rest for a bit" Lacy squeezed his hand slightly, sitting back into a seat finally as the two started up some small talk, Ron giving over some chocolate and sweets to her occasionally.
