One of the worst feelings in the world was when Lacy sat down in the Great Hall, the dread settling in her shoulders as she looked at the Slytherin table. Lacy Williams had been chosen to go into Gryffindor, although she was just convinced that Dumbledore put her there so she wouldn't be alone.

Hermione was rubbing her hand on top of the table every so often as they sat awaiting for Harry's arrival, Lacy sitting beside Ginny as Ron was pigging out on the opposite side of the table.

"Will. You. Stop. Eating" Hermione started to whack Ron on his arm with a boon that she just so happened to be holding in her arms, Ron dropped his chicken and winced.

"Ow, turn around you lunatic, he's right there" Ron pointed out and the three girls heads spun to see a beaten up Harry walking with a handkerchief to his bleeding nose.

"He's covered in blood again, why is it that he's already covered in blood?" Ginny questioned the group, and Lacy cringed as she looked at the amount of blood on the tissue, it looked like he had broken his nose.

When Harry finally reached the table and sat in between Lacy and Ginny, Lacy immediately grabbed the tissue off his nose and began to feel the bone marrow in his nose, seeing if it was fully fixed. She ignored the way Harry cringed and instead grabbed a new tissue from her pocket and held it up to him, which Ginny quickly grabbed from her hand and held it for her. "Heeling is good Harry, did Luna do it?" She guessed.

Harry nodded slightly at the girl, before he took in her uniform. "You in Gryffindor now?"

"Yeah, I didn't really have a choice in it or anything but I'm glad I have you guys" Lacy smiled gently at him, "you missed the sorting hat giving a warning, it was....unsettling"

When they entered the Gryffindor Common Room, Lacy clung to Harry's arm as she didn't like the thought of leaving him alone

When they entered the Gryffindor Common Room, Lacy clung to Harry's arm as she didn't like the thought of leaving him alone. Harry was tense and his mind was certainly somewhere else.

Whoever had broken Harry's nose must have done it out of spite, which means they had something against Harry. And not a lot of people these days were against Harry as he had been proven right, these were dark days and she didn't need another person out for Harry.

"So, how is Sylvia doing?" Harry asked wither a kind smile on his face, he had nothing against Sylvia because of who her mother is, and he was actually glad when he heard Lacy and her mother had taken the girl in so she could be safe.

"Great" Lacy grinned happily, "she's easily become part of the family and it is so nice to see her come out of her shell around new people" Lacy's happiness set Harry off to be in a good mood, not that he's admit that out loud. Lacy reminded him of what having a sister was like, she had a warm personality that constantly made him feel welcomed, no matter where they were. "Anyways, she's invited again for Christmas and well...forever, looks like she's stuck with us now"

"Sirius and Melanie got their own house, so they've taken me into that" Harry admitted in a grin, "Rosie moved in with Tonks and Remus and I've never seen her so happy before, she seems at peace"

"That's amazing, she deserves her happy ending" Lacy smiles, "it's good that all of you are gaining some good in your lives, we'll need for where we're going"
